In January, my wife and I stayed in this resort for two nights. We were extremely pleased with the location, service, and everything else. I heartily suggest this retreat to all honeymooners and people looking for rest and relaxation. The resort consists of a few cottages in a hill forest region. The reception area, store, restaurants, spa, etc. are all within the main building. A free pick-up and drop service exists between the main building and the cottages. We called the hotel at kobuchizawa station and asked for a taxi, which they did in less than five minutes. The receptionist was waiting for us outside to welcome us, and she explained everything about the resort in depth. She also asked about our plans for the two days and gave us some advice, maps, and brochures. The Pocket WiFi router worked perfectly with excellent battery life and speed. Our cottage was amazing. Very spacious, clean, well-appointed, not far from the main building. We enjoyed our cottage. We took a long walk around the area which was very scenic and breathtaking. I haven't encountered anyone who is as polite and helpful as neo oriental. We made a request and they never gave us too much food, sweets, etc. The only thing is that rp must let me know the previous day. My wife tried the spa, and she enjoyed it. She said

The resort is located two hours away on Mount Fuji. The mountain had more than 100 cottages scattered all across the slope with a main service building at the beginning. To reach their cabin, visitors needed a car. If you didn't drive there, they offered a pick-up and drop-off service to take you to and from the main building and your cabin. There were large cottages for more than 20 people, and I remained in a smaller cottage for 6 people. I booked one for 4 people and finally got one for 6 people. My cottage was 8 minutes away from the main structure. The cottage was Japanese-style, with a kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. There is an alternative type of cottage with an in-house hot spring, but it lacks one. The cottage was very large and had a parking lot outside. We prepared dinner ourselves. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. One night, we prepared dinner ourselves. In the bathroom, all the necessary amenities were provided. There was no internet in the area. Even bringing our own og router, the signal was very weak. The main building had a wide variety of amenities including a restaurant, a game center, souvenir shop, convenience shop, car pickup service, and washing machines. The resort was situated inside a mountain, and the closest convenience store was a 20-minute drive away.

I had a great time and plan to return next month. One of the cottages where my family stayed was fantastic. Just getting to the location was an adventure because we traveled there. It was simple with Google Maps. Choosing Neo Oriental exceeded all of our expectations because it was one that was not too far off the highway and less than three hours from Yokohama, two ski resorts or resorts within 20 minutes, where everyone could enjoy the day sun meadows. a private bathroom and shower and a onset close by. This cottage had all of our demands and also had a private hot bath, which was wonderful after a day at the ski resort. The personnel spoke some English, and they were extremely helpful and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist and provided suggestions for eateries, including the restaurant in the main building. A couple important things to note: there are no convenience stores close by. So plan accordingly. There were not many restaurants near the main reception area at least during the winter, at least during the winter. If you are not driving, check with the reception area about what services they have available, like picking up from a nearby train station or ski resort. We were unable to use the shower on our last day because the pipes must have frozen and had to use alternative means. The spa is located in the main structure.

Our friends and I visited this place. We stayed at the neo oriental retreat for a long weekend. We had a nice dinner at a Japanese restaurant. For the holidays, make sure you reserve your accommodations ahead of time. On another night, when they were full, ono from the front desk drove our group of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 children, aged 312 years old, to a Japanese restaurant about a mile away. He even came in and assisted us with our orders because we didn't speak Japanese. We were also staying there, and our friends were really helpful and put us in cabins close to each other we booked separately, so I asked a Japanesespeaking friend call in advance and request one. The kids had a great time building a snowman in the yard. There appear to be several kinds of cabins. Our cabin was Japanesestyle and had only futons. We brought an air mattress. We went sledding and skiing in sun meadows and fuji open for two days. Both family-friendly and only about 1520 minutes away.

In November, we all stayed in Mayfair's cabin for 3 nights on very cold nights. The resort area and the surrounding mountains had breathtaking views of Fuji. The views were breathtaking as well as all of the nearby mountains. We saw deer in the woods and enormous pine trees encircled our cabin. not far away is a nearby wine producing region. There is plenty of hiking if you're ready to climb.

施設はとても良かったです。チェックイン後すぐに露天風呂のお湯が沸いていてお風呂に入れたのも良かったです。チェックインは機械で行うのですが、サービス内容の詳細がレシートには記載がなく、お食事のサービスをつけていたにも関わらず、素泊まりと勘違いしてしまいご飯代を無駄にしてしまい損してしまいました。1人フロントにスタッフが常駐していたので、サービス内容説明があればよかったのになと思いました。

木立の中のコテージで、とても気持ちの良い場所でした。お部屋も広く、天井も高く、建物については申し分ない素晴らしいお部屋でした。ただ、気になった点が２つ。文句を言うというよりも、今後是非改善して頂けたら、という想いで綴らせて頂きます。・お風呂のバスタブに、髪の毛が残っていました。かなりこびりついて取れにくかったので、清掃をササっとした状態では流れなかったのだと思います。清潔感が問われる場所なので、精相互の確認をしっかりして頂けたら、と思いました。・私が嗅覚が敏感ということもあり、寝具のリネン類（シーツとか布団カバー？）が消毒のような薬品臭がきつくて、ベッドで休めませんでした。ソファが大きめだったのでこちらで寝ることが出来ましたが、あまりに強い薬剤を使っての消毒は見直しをお願いしたいです。眺めも良く、ダイニングテーブルも大きく、バスタブも大きめで、今まで泊まったコテージでは一番気持ちの良い建物でした。それだけに、上記2点が残念でした。上記を改善して頂けたら、文句なく5つ星の素敵なコテージでした。
