It was so old and the hotel is old, the breakfast here was very bad, and the room was clean and clean. The breakfast was also so disappointing. In the next room, they have a coffee maker. But, I never get that kind of service and staff, it's really worth it. The only positive thing was the breakfast.

We were welcomed by a very friendly service and really liked the hotel. The hotel restaurant serves a good traditional food, has a view of the city, and free wifi. The location is very close to the center, but everything is easily accessible on foot.

One block from park gorkovo is the hotel, which is run by the bears military. We were notified by email in Russian with no previous English speaking service, and within an hour we received official confirmation, which also served as complimentary visa assistance. The bears embassy in Helsing at the moment accepts official documentation from hotels, not necessarily from travel agencies, as part of its 10 day visa support. Our standard room was rather small but clean, with newly renovated bathrooms, well-insulated windows, a to and functional wifi for a small charge of 100 byr or 0. 8 eur, paid at the front desk. At the front desk, the service was warm and welcoming and a little unresponsive but still functioned. Breakfast is served to tables and is a little old Soviet era but still delicious. The price is the main plus of this hotel because of the central but still peaceful location.

I was hesitant to book a room here after reading these reviews, but then I decided that if I were going to see bears, I might as well have a true Soviet experience. My fears were unfounded. Since bears are now open for tourism, they have probably listened to the feedback and made improvements. Shabby rooms? Mine was a newly renovated superior single room and clean. The wifi worked great. The bed was very comfortable. Terrible breakfast? Not at all. Each morning was similar, but good. Fried eggs, either ham or sausage, toast, teacoffee, etc., prepared and served by a very friendly waiter. Not really. Its true that it's not on the main boulevard with the metro stops, but is only a 1015 walk away. I found that stroll interesting with lots of neighborhood residents walking their dogs, waiting for the tram, etc. Staff who speak no English? Everyone I met was fluent in English, and if there were communication issues, they would use Google Translate. They were all amiable and happy. When I checked out, one woman even came out to help me make a taxi fare to the airport, and then she told me to make sure to let everybody know that bears are fantastic to visit! Budgetfriendly and clean. The Soviet name is only for Soviet.
