Very strategic location, 15 mins walk from bansko bus station, 15 mins walk to bansko ski station. The hotel was old yet well maintained. The bathroom was spotlessly clean (even shiny), everything was working well and properly, balcony was so great! Nice breakfast too. Great overall!

We stayed at this hotel twice, getting to see the smaller and larger rooms. Booking bigger rooms is ideal. Small double rooms lower category are very small, and the beds are barely big enough to not be afraid to roll down in the night. Although very comfortable. The staff was amazing both times we stayed there and the spa personnel is lovely and very good. The massages are excellent. We got what we wanted and will go again. Most importantly to mention here the second time we were a very large group occupying 8 rooms in a very small hotel with not many rooms and being crazy. We were quite demanding and filled the spa area until very late. no problems and many smiles and helping hands from the lovely ladies.

The Bali and Spa is a basic hotel located in the industrial town of Bogoevgrad. On our trip to Southern Bulgaria, we stayed there one night. The room was clean, and the breakfast that was included in our rate was adequate. The nearby parking lot was guarded by our car. The hotel also has a complex of saunas which we really enjoyed. It is in the city center, but the view from our room wasnt particularly spectacular. We had the opportunity to spot every train coming into town, as well as some chimneys from old factories.

This hotel is not good, the condition of the bed is very bad and not even on the same level, you have to climb up a staircase to get the elevator, and the service from the hotel is poor, and the breakfast is not satisfying.

Overall a really pleasant experience, I will be back and highly recommend it. Excellent service, uncommon in Budoevgrad. For a relaxing massage, there were two of us, and the two lovely ladies were both helpful, smiling, and very accommodating. The staff there is attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied and at ease. The spa, especially the massage, is highly recommended. The setting is calm and peaceful, the massage rooms are clean, and the massage rooms are conducive to a fantastic experience. As massages go, this massage was decent, and although I prefer deep tissue massage because it was relaxing, I believe we achieved what we asked for.
