I forgot to take pictures if the room. But the whole experience were good. The service is very friendly. Room and bathroom were clean. there is only roof fan in the room, obviously AC wont be needed. The roof top restaurant has seriously amazing view of the Sigiriya Rock

Everything is excellent here, the owner is a very kind and friendly person, we have a lot of information from him, clean room, good location, near to the lake, rock, and restaurant, and breakfast is very good and complete we really enjoyed staying here.

It is a newly built house with 5 reliable rooms, so everything is new and in good condition. WiFi is good, AC is quiet. Lion Rock is about a 15-minute walk away, and there are many great restaurants nearby. Asian Young Manager works hard to make your stay enjoyable. Because he does not charge he will arrange tubs or jeeps for your tours for cheaper than other places. His English is okay, but he enjoys a little conversation because he wants to improve. My bad is the irish breakfast described on booking is just fried eggs, toast and jam, fruit and coffee. I'm not sure what I was expecting.

Overall, a great location to depart not only for the facilities but also the welcome and effort they put into making your stay as comfortable as possible. Our first night in Sri Lanka was spent. All of us were very knackered because we had been traveling for the biggest part of the day. Asian welcomed us and showed us around our rooms. All had double beds with mosquito nets, one had air conditioning, and two had decent fans. If you compare this to most travelers' hostels or lodging, this was excellent. It was more than just a place to stay. Asian was incredibly accommodating. He did everything from cooking us breakfast to driving us to Anhuradapura and showing us around the sights. He recommended his friends safari, which we had previously had disappointing trips in other countries, but to begin with, we were hesitant because we had had disappointing safaris in other countries. But it was well worth it. At one time there was a herd of 60 elephants swimming and eating by the lake. When talking about going to see lion rock, asian suggested going first to Pidurangala Rock for sunrise because lion rock doesn't open until later. This was a highlight of our trip. The walk up is more fun than lion rock, and there was nobody else on the rock. The hike up is more fun than lion rock, and the sunrise is fantastic.
