We would highly recommend this facility and were thoroughly taken care of by him. For the second week of our stay in Istanbul, I stayed here for 7 nights. Our apartment was very spacious, clean, and well furnished, with a kitchen and useful washing machine, a fantastic supermarket just the opposite of the hospital next door, and numerous takeout options. The hotel's location is nothing special, but it is close to a nearby airport bus stop or inexpensive taxi ride, and the Port Shopping Center is likewise close by. There is an onsite eatery, but we did not use it, but one morning, we had a lavish breakfast brought to our room. It was enough for us to eat for two days.

I like the good mattress and furniture, it's peaceful and safe. The only problem I have with this hotel is that the housekeeping didn't even make our bed and didn't take out the dirty towels. The breakfast is not much more expensive.

I got a room with a good location, the room was nice, and the staff was professional and accommodating. The reception staff is very helpful and polite. The captain is very polite and helpful. They also have taxis and other transportation that are available. In the same area, there are coffee shops and restaurant.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable, well located and walking distance to the coast for transportation. The room didn't have enough towels and no hangers for clothes. Service leaves a lot to be desired apart from in the restaurant, where the staff was extremely pleasant and efficient. Our room was not ready on checkin. We ate in the restaurant to give them time to prepare the extra bed, but an hour and a half later we woke up tired and wanting to sleep and found the bed had not been set up. When housekeeping finally arrived, she actually had the cheek to complain to us that she is busy and that this is all last minute and that she wants to finish. Appalling considering they knew we were coming weeks ago. We stayed for 4 days and every day we asked the front desk to change money and were told they were out of money. No offer to have the money ready by the end of the day, just a blunt no. Then on the last day they told me if I could change a little and tried to exchange at a very low rate, despite the huge screen behind the reception desk showing all the exchange rates. I chose this hotel because it claims to be a business hotel which I assumed means efficient, but I will not return.

Those of you who don't have a car should consider taking this hotel into account if you want to stay in a great place. On a tiny street there are numerous eateries and stores close by. If you need a quiet room, look to the other side because there isn't a busy road. The afternoon receptionist was a friendly individual who only spoke little English. I almost hoped to keep him in touch and begin to train him. We checked out a few rooms because of this. The hotel should examine it as well. Just a single room was the room in which I slept. It was pretty crowded. You couldn't really use it, and because the room was so big, I felt it could be taken out, and it was a security hazard, so it was an adequate one. There was a tea service and a refrigerator that I didn't use. The single bed was a nicer bed. But there was only one, which was extremely thin. Breakfast was excellent. White bread is excellent. I only had soup because I was on a diet, but it was excellent. Particularly the cheeses, the selection was excellent. Overall, a nice hotel, but the windows must be replaced. The apartment is quite big, vintage furniture, flat to, well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds and sofa, plenty of space for 3 people. The hotel is only a 5 minute drive from Saw Airport. But, the receptionist we met only spoke Turkish.

I would suggest this hotel to anyone who needs some transportation around Istanbul. We stayed here because we got in late at the airport. It was a cheap stay but we were taken back by the kindness of the staff, they even took us to the train station, helped us buy a metro pass and wrote instructions on how to get around Istanbul which was very helpful.

I will recommend it to you who want to stay here. This is a fantastic place and perfect organization. The apartment is quite elegant and everything on the pictures is true the table, served four people, the big sofa beds, the huge bedroom. Everything is spotless and comfortable. The impression is that you are staying in a luxury apartment that makes you feel at home. The staff was very nice, polite and ready to handle all problems and questions that may arise. I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. Everything was perfect. The staff is unique and always happy to help. It is very clean and tidy. The food was delicious. For the Asia part the hotel is in a good location, but if you want to go to the center, you need more than an hour to get there. The good news is that there is a direct train link from the hotel to the center.

Excellent, functional apartment next to another hospital. I did not utilize the restaurant facilities. Receptionist who checked me in was a little subpar when she talked to all the visitors before checking me in. The room was clean and spacious. Excellent value for the money. The bathroom had a washing machine in the room. If you decide to cook in your apartment, please keep this in mind.

I suggest this hotel. The hotel staff includes the front desk staff who is very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for business trips. Near the metro, transportation and airport which is important. The hotel prices are also very competitive.

We made our fourth visit to this hotel. They resold our favorite room. The hotel's decor in an Oriental style, particularly the bright bathroom with a sizable shower, was pleasant, and the mattress was cozy. We particularly like the rooms' oriental style decor, especially the bright bathroom with a sizable shower. All rooms we know cannot use the only broken toilet brushes. Although he is rarely there and the only one who can communicate well in English, the owner is quite kind and accommodating. The receptionists are kind and helpful, but the newly opened restaurant staff is indifferent and unhospitable during the day. The setting is ideal for business purposes, and the beach is only a short distance away. When we use Saw Airport again, we would like to return.

The great view of the ocean. We had a good breakfast. The rooms are neat. The AC did not cool enough. It was warm somehow like a fan. But everything else was amazing. All the staff were friendly.
