Clean and safe. Walau sempat bingung minta kemana pas tissue toilet abis. Ternyata kudu beli sendiri. Untungnya ada Sainsbury dekat. Lokasi di tengah kota.

Very nice studio apartment. Clean and it has a small kitchen with all you need for a short stay. No washer in the unit. It’s right in town center near high street. The check out time is too early. Would be great if they can do 12 noon instead.

The friendliness of the staff was also very nice and polite. But this weekend was really difficult because the weather was bad, so they weren't let down. Staff is very helpful if you need help. We had some lovely fish and chips on Sunday night.

A very pleasant stay, especially for Ala and Ana who were so nice and kept in touch and helped us with the late check in. Clean room, comfy bed and a decent breakfast. Central location and free parking next door.

Over the years, we have stayed at the slaughterhouses many times and always eagerly anticipate them. We have previously stayed in one of the external properties, not the main inn, for the first time. The inn was very spacious, but it was a touch shabby and comfortable. We enjoyed the bar in the evenings and sat in front of the roaring log fire with drinks before savoring a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. The next day, the breakfast was also lovely, and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Even though omelets weren't on the breakfast menu, the chef was still able to provide this, which we've observed that is not always the case elsewhere.

I had a great experience while staying here. The atmosphere is special with the excellent cuisine and Bar Service. The location is close to public footpaths to upper slaughter and the city center. The location is close to the brewery, good stops and great running trails.

I used this as a base for a hospital visit. It's about a 20 min flat walk so fine for us. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early. The manager printed out a map of the district for us. The room was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate. There was a 25 discount for the nap car park. Hotels are opposite the brewery quarter and at the start of the high street.

We stayed here. It was very exciting to stay here. All the staff was very friendly and supportive. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Chelsea. Keep up your good work. You deserve the best.

This is a holiday inn I've booked since another trip to Chelsea. The location is really convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful, as I was checked in very quickly and as soon as I arrived, the room was nice and very clean. But the problem is, the AC in the room was not working properly and the window was not allowed to open because there was machinery noise nearby. This is something you would expect from this hotel chain. I have a very good breakfast the next day.

The best hotel experience ever. After a long drive, you'll be met with warm greetings, you'll enjoy an enjoyable evening by relaxing in the lounge before a delicious dinner in the dining room, followed by a great breakfast, a newspaper and a walk around the area.

We are still here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Penny at the reception was very kind and helpful at check-in. Breakfast was delicious and hot! Very recommend! Walking distance to the brewery district and the main city centre. On the minor side I had a wine and a splash of soda and was charged 7 for the wine which was fair enough but 2 for the splash of soda from the mixer gun which we thought was a tad harsh..
