Overall, I would stay again and recommend it to family and friends. Everything from the Premier Inn met my expectations. The bed was comfortable, and the bedroom and bathroom were both clean. Check-in was quick and easy. It was 12.30 in the morning, so I didn't expect much delay and the room was prepared. Breakfast the next morning was good. Less food choice than I've had with pi in the past, but still a good choice with good fresh turnover. Can't complain. Sausages are lovely.

When we have an early flight from Patrick, we always use this hotel because it's close to the terminal and is comfortable and convenient. If I have enough time in the morning, I always get a tasty dinner in the evening and breakfast.

The room was warm and clean, and worked well for us all. The breakfast was good and has a really good menu option. Definitely would stay here again.

We had dinner in the restaurant. Samuel from Brazil was our waiter and he was such a joy! We just loved eating dinner there. I watched him greet and smile at each and every person he served with warm and genuine friendliness. I would imagine working for a busy venue given that it was at Patrick Airport on Tuesday nights at Rp, but samuel played a large part in making such a wonderful dinner. The food was good. I had salmon with broccoli as a side, which was well cooked and a nice healthy option. I went to reception to ask to leave a message for samuels boss, but I was contacted to leave a review here so that he would be honored by his peers. Thank you for a wonderful meal, and keep up the nice smile and welcome made a big difference. Cheesecake was a bit bland, choose brownies if you can't choose. Thank you!.

The hotel is located on a riverside, where you can enjoy an evening meal or a quiet drink. And at breakfast time you will not feel hungry. As someone famously said. I will return.

The hotel is close to Sainsbury's and Thorpe Park, not far from Thorpe Park. In the restaurant and in the hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and clean. Our only issue was the very hard bed.

I enjoy the pleasant, smooth checkout process from the lovely lady in a Christmas jumper who immediately gave me a free early check-out room for 10 pounds. It was challenging to keep the temperature in the bedroom. As usual, the mattresses were very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were immaculate. However, I do dislike being greeted in the restaurant by someone chewing gum as I spoke. The meal was adequate, but as it was so busy, I did not go back to my usual dinner package and instead purchased croissants from the I and I shop in the airport terminal for the cup of tea, a kettle, and coffee a tray available in the apartment.

It was a very nice hotel overall. The staffs were so hospitable and caring. And then, the bed was comfortable. Then, the condition of the room was so comfortable and the atmosphere was so quiet.

Not what most people anticipate from anything with the hilton name attached to it. The good points are the link to the north terminal and the room is okay for a few nights sleep and a shower. But the food was absolutely terrible, the worst kind of preprepared microwaved offerings, you could easily have laid bricks on the mashed potato! The service was also poor, there was only one trainee at the front desk and one bad looking waitress in the dining area.

If your flying from Patrick North Terminal, I liked the hotel's excellent location the most. With just enough amenities such as shampoo, soap, and conditioner in a pump dispenser, the rooms are fairly simple. For my entire stay, cleanliness was satisfactory. Towels were spotless. To be a little too small. There were no uk plugs, euro plugs, or us plugs in the room. Most travelers visiting this hotel will not need the uk plugs provided in the room, so management should think about hiring an electrical contractor to change the outlets to bring them up to just century specs. There were no problems at all, and the air conditioning was quiet. The internet is painfully slow. When I ran the fastest website, I had downloads of the following file size less than a megabyte. This indicates that the hotel throttles the internet to save money by slowing the connection, rendering it almost useless for anything other than reading email and simple websites. As I require Internet connectivity that has at least a 4 megabyte bandwidth, this wasn't acceptable for me. A large selection of foods were provided during the complimentary brunch. Although it wasn't as strong as I would have liked, the shower's water flow was adequate. However, the water's temperature was constant and pleasant overall. It may not be for everyone, especially those who have a boxspring experience that is more comfy, because the mattress
