The neighborhood can occasionally be quite noisy. People who live nearby were having a party in may night, singing, laughing, and talking loudly. Excellent gym equipment and incredibly nice pool. Great and helpful security.

This place is peaceful and a great place to live, close to many restaurants, especially in arabic, near the bus station, but if you want to stay here, its better to have rented idy car because there is no train station nearby!.

Small but convenient with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Mostly students rent the apartment. I like the large swimming pool and the musolla available on the ground floor near the mini market.

This apartment offers excellent value for your stay. It is a fantastic location to stay during your vacation. The apartment is impeccably clean and equipped with onsite amenities such as sanitizer, jacuzzi, and gym facilities. Additionally, its proximity to shopping malls, kl, the Genting Highland, etc. is convenient.

Solstice residence is conveniently located in a peaceful area where you can enjoy wholesome life. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the security personnel are polite. For those studying at mmu university, this is incredibly suitable. Additionally, if you drive for 5 minutes, there is an shopping center nearby. Renting is also excellent.

This place is a great place to live, the facilities and apartments are mostly brand new and less than 3 years old. However, because it is next to uta university, it can be stifling and annoying, but i still think its tolerable.

Excellent parking. The place was well guarded. Even entering the lobby requires a tag. Excellent setting Very suitable for students. Although the condo is tad small, it is fine if you have fewer children, in my opinion. At the bottom of the building is an convenience store. There are also shackles at ten restaurants.

This place is suitable for students, although it can be a bit intimidating for longterm stays. The security and safety are excellent.

The apartment is decent overall. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. There is no wifi. Large 40inch tv is a waste because there isnt able to watch any programs. Better to change with an aquarium. Childrens outdoor pool is quite filthy. Beautiful rooftop view.

I went there for leisure and lost my car keys. Reported to security in the morning and dont expect much as it is already sunset. Security knocked on our door and returned the key as they found it. Im glad they are really helpful. The atmosphere was really great and calm. 15 minutes drive to ioi city mall.

This place is very nice, the location is great and the rent is reasonable. Unfortunately, there is negligence on the part of the management. There is no interest in repairs either around the pool or on 40th floor.
