I have been staying here for the past year and it is perfect for me. Large apartment with perfect gym. Lrt, mrt, and monorail are all within walking distance. Best place to stay in the center of kuala lumpur.

The building itself is at least 20 years old, but management started upgrading work a few years ago and are now almost finished. All external buildings and common facilities are now as good as new. Great location to bukit bintang, jln alor, sg Wang mall, lot 10, pavilion and walking distance to mrt station.

The lifts arent working properly, but the location is strategic, everything is reachable on foot. Security is strict, making the place safe.

I stayed here for a month and had a great time. The staff at security and service were all very friendly and helpful. The gym is decent and the pool is very nice and clean, although it is quite shallow so its not suitable for swimming. Very close to the city center (we walked everywhere) and one street from the famous tiger street walking food street.

The condominium is older but wellmaintained, with good safety. Its in a quiet side street, but less than 10 minutes walk to bar street Changkat bukit bintang and less than 10 minutes walk to lrt plaza rkyat mrt bukit bintang and monorail imbi. Its good to live here if you dont want to live in the depressing suburbs.

The building is immaculately maintained. The building has also been cleaned well. A modest garden with benches and a respectable childrens playground. There are two entrances to the compound. Changkat bukit bintang and jalan alor are both very close by. You can stroll there in a matter of minutes. Also, the mrt and monorail bukit bintang stations are a 5-7minute walk away. There are numerous restaurants, shopping malls, and clinics close by. Jalan ceylon and persiaran chulan are located at the other main entrance. Its a nice walk. The building has 24hour security, which is excellent, and the guards are courteous if you dont encounter any issues and follow the management regulations. If you are on higher floors, apartments are fairly spacious and have balconies. A very good place to stay or rent. So far, the lifts are excellent. Management has resolved any issues as quickly as they can if they arise. I had a great time during my angkasa impian 1 stay and will return.
