1. GENERAL RULES
• Smoking is not allowed. If you violate the accommodation rules and cause the smoke alarm to be activated, a fine of RM500 will be imposed.
• Pets (dogs/cats/etc.) are not allowed.
• Damage, loss or dirt such as blood stains, feces, lipstick, foundation powder on linen and furniture will be penalized according to the furniture and goods checklist as stated in this unit.
• It is prohibited to make noise, run, jump in the homestay to disturb the neighborhood.
• It is not allowed to spend the night with unmarried couples (Muslim).
• Involvement or consumption of prohibited substances such as drugs or activities that violate Malaysian laws are prohibited. Bookings will be canceled immediately without refund.

2. FACILITIES & SAFETY
• This homestay comes with a loft, yard and balcony. Keep an eye on small children. Take care of safety.
• Swimming pool facilities, bbq pit, gymnasium, reading room, surau, herbal garden on Level 6. Use card access to go to level 6
• Swimming pool hours are 8:00 am – 9:00 pm. Please follow the swimming pool guidelines and other facilities as set by the management.
• You can use the chairs and dining table facilities provided for eating and drinking. Comfortable bathrooms and changing rooms and toilets are provided.
• Leave the Public Area clean. Throw all trash into the trash cans provided.
• NO EATING & DRINKS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL
• NO ELEVATORS WITH WET CLOTHES

3. COOKING PERMISSION
• Cooking simple dishes is allowed, use the appliances properly. Avoid wasting electricity and water. Collect garbage in the large yellow lidded trash can in the utility area. No need to take garbage out of the homestay
• NON-HALAL food and drinks are PROHIBITED from being brought into this homestay.

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
• Failure to provide a deposit will result in cancellation of the booking.
• Security deposit must be paid at the time of booking OR before checking in. Payment method accepted is bank transfer only.
• The security deposit required for your stay is [RM100].
• The deposit will be refunded after check-out, keys and access cards have been returned (within 24hours).
• Provide the correct account holder name and account number for deposit refund purposes.
• Deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if the access card or key is lost or damage.
