This place is highly recommended. It is in a very strategic location that can be reached by ldp to access various highways. To the east, there are routes that go to puchong, bukit jalil, to the south, shah alam, klang, and west you can go through kelana jaya, damansara, or kepong via tlp. And if youre going to Kl, bangsar south then youll go north.

This condominium boasts a high level of security, offering convenience and convenience. It is conveniently located near grocery stores, supplies, amenities, and food outlets. Although it is still undergoing renovation in 2022, the building is nonetheless brand new.

Ive been renting here since november 2021! Congratulations to the developers and owners, who have a fantastic location, luxurious properties, management, and safety. I would love to stay here, but i have to move into my new house! I hope to have the opportunity to acquire the next greenfield developer property! Very suitable for student rentals here with free transportation to uni!.

Overall, the condo is nice, but the retail areas might be a little small but empty. All the reviews are positive, and the condition is clean. However, some of them are negative because they are directed towards the coliving management company called five sense, which is not affiliated with this condo.
