Do not leave behind your personal belongings or valuables before check-out. We are not responsible for any loss of your items.
Do not take back the unit provided items which do not belong to you.
Please check out at or before 11.30am as there will be always a check-in of the next guess on your check-out day.

The parking is by cashless drive-thru payment machine.

Right after entering and before existing, kindly please approach the guard and register the car plate number for the homestay unlimited entry flat rate per car per day RM10 (weekdays) and RM13 (Sat, Sun and Public Holidays). Please inform the guard how many nights to stay as well.

For motor, just register and pay the gurad RM5 per motor per night. Thank you.
