Booked here to pick up someone at the airport at midnight. Clean and spacious, with two air conditioners. Very kid friendly. Its a studio apartment so better to book here than a small hotel. Good local tv shows to cheer up the kids. I always have a tv problem when it comes to short stay. My slim 8 9 year old children slept on the comfortable sofa bed. Have extra blankets for them. Easy to deal with. There is a mini kitchen, table top, microwave, kettle if you need to heat and eat. I dont use iron so never bother about it even though it needs to be changed. Nearby is xiamen university malaysia. Good atmosphere and i like the view too. Pool feels like a bit privacy because went there no one was around yet. If you are on vacation for a while, you have to leave from that area about 5-10 minutes otherwise there is kk Mart, 7 E and secret recipe. But still, recommended. Thank you for your help.

The landlord did not come to service all the air conditioners in the house. Otherwise it was spacious and suitable for airport transit for large families.

The facilities are also excellent. We like the playground and swimming pool. Mr. Steven makes it simple to check in and out. He is really kind, accommodating, and efficient. We feel at home. The place is tidy and wellkept. I can assure you that everything is complete, including the washing machine, cooking supplies, and netflix.

The apartment is very nice, very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The owner is very responsive to whatsapp and helpful. Only 15 minutes from the airport and with easy grab connections. There is a thai restaurant on the ground floor with good food. Nothing bad to say about my stay there, so i recommend it.
