The location is near the river, and the tours conducted from the lodge were wonderful. The staff were knowledgeable and experienced, covering both fauna and flora. The accommodation is basic and in some instances required better cleaning because the mold was completely covering the toilet side and other parts of the cabin. Simple food and only a few beverages.

Fantastic guides. Very knowledgeable and good at spotting wildlife. Aswad (one of the guides) is very personable and helpful. The river cruises were nice, but the jungle trek behind the property weren't as fruitful as I'd hoped. Food was good and never lacking for portion size.

We really liked our time here, the room was very comfortable, the food was delicious and the wildlife was so amazing, we can't wait to return. We really enjoyed the night stroll, the day walk, and the boat ride. But if we stay longer, we will definitely return.

One of the highlights of our borneo trip was our two-night stay at the Bill rainforest lodge. The property was only used by our family of seven and one family, but it was unfortunate that the pandemic did not affect them. The majority of the rooms are individually posed and roomy, equipped with all amenities, including air conditioning. And tea-making. Cobwebs around the windows could use more cleaning, for example. There is no wifi in the rooms, and until our final evening, the wifi in the dining area didn't function very well. The young lady made eggs as ordered for breakfast, which was pleasant. Lunches and suppers included a meat dish, typically fish, a few vegetable options, rice, and noodles in a buffet style. The two nights' main dishes were repeated. As the dining area is outdoors, make sure you have insect repellant, although we had little experience in three days. Although soft drinks and alcohol are available, there aren't many options. River cruises would have been wonderful, but our boat had problems on two of our three cruises, so we were fortunate. Even though there were so few people available, the employees were excellent and attentive.

I had a good experience, but not overly bad. The rooms are like little houses on stilts linked to the dining room by walking track. The rooms were spacious and large. Air conditioning and fans, but no fridge. The rooms were basic but clean. You are in the jungle, with jungle noises, insects, and ants and it's dark. The food is buffet-style, with plenty of it, and the taste is great. You will be able to relax because there is really nothing to do while cruising the river. I'm with Ofone and had no issues with the internet. We went on three cruises and were fortunate enough to see a lot of wildlife, including an orangutan with his baby.

great time. saw heaps of wildlife with the great staff who took us. l. ike all other reviews, it is excellent for where you are. We so lucky with only two other guests during our stay.
