About Borneo Beach Villas
Borneo Beach Villa & Suite is a peaceful beachfront nature retreat on the Karambunai Peninsula, offering unblocked sea and sunset views surrounded by tropical greenery, with Mount Kinabalu visible in the distance. We are approximately 45 minutes from Kota Kinabalu International Airport and 30–40 minutes from the city centre.
Our villas and suites are individually owned and furnished, so layouts, furnishings and décor may vary. Each unit offers air-conditioned bedrooms, a comfortable living area and a basic kitchen with essential utensils.
Enjoy our in-room dining service, offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and light meals delivered directly to your villa or suite. Advance ordering is required.
Surrounded by tropical greenery, occasional encounters with insects and small wildlife are a natural part of staying close to nature.
BBVS operates on self-check-in and is ideal for guests seeking space, nature, ocean views and a peaceful tropical beachfront experience. Additional restaurants, groceries and convenience stores are available about 15 minutes away by car.
Important: BBVS is a spacious seafront nature retreat, not a conventional city hotel or fully enclosed urban resort. We recommend BBVS for guests who appreciate nature, space, ocean views and an authentic tropical environment.
