House Rules 民俗条规

1. Check in time is 3pm onwards; Check out time is before 12pm.
入住（Check in）时间是从3PM开始；退房（Check out）时间是12PM。

2. Late check-out will incur additional charges based on:
• Before 1pm –FOC
• Between 1pm to 3pm – RM150
• After 3pm will be treated as an additional night.
延迟退房会依照以下情况而征收额外收费：
• 下午1点之前-FOC
• 下午3点之前–RM150
• 3点之后以天计算

3. The following activities are not allowed in the premise:
• Pets , smoking, etc
• Any illegal activities and vandalism will be reported to the police and authorized authorities.
民宿内不允许进行以下活动或携带以下物品：
a. 宠物，吸烟等。
b. 任何违法行为，活动和故意破坏公共区，将会交给警察或授权部门处理。

4. The host will not be held any responsible for any dangerous or illegal activities and loss of valuables.
对于在住宿期间进行的任何危险活动，非法活动以及贵重物品的丢失，屋主将不承担任何责任。

5. Please lower the volume after 12am.
在晚上12点以后，请降低声量，以避免打扰邻居。

6. A fee of RM50 will be charged if the keys are lost.
若钥匙丢失需要还RM50的费用

7. Please keep the premise in good and clean condition.
应保持房屋良好和干净的状态。

8. If there is any damage to the furniture, customers will be charged for compensation.
如设备或家具有任何破损，屋主将向客人收取赔偿。
