**House Rules:**
1) This home requires an ONLINE TRANSFER DEPOSIT of RM 100.00 per stay, and the deposit will be returned 3-5 working days after check out. (due to operation and bank transaction time) provided everything in home is in order, which you can refer to our house rules.
2) Strictly NO SMOKING in the house (including balcony).
3) Quiet hours from 9:00pm to 8:00am.
4) No PETS and No PARTY allowed at all.
5) Last minute late check out without valid reasons and without any prior informing us ARE NOT ALLOWED.
6) Violation of house rule for No. 1 to No. 4 will be penalized RM 100.00 for each rule.
7) Any damages or lost of apartment key, access card and car park card will be charged RM 100.00 per item.
8) Any damages or irremovable stains caused by the guest to our bedsheets, towels, wall, paints, carpet, rug, sofa, chairs, hair dryer, etc will be charged to the guest accordingly for replacement or repairing cost according to market price.
**Ground Rules:**
1) The consumption of illegal drugs or performing any unlawful activity in the unit is strictly prohibited. It will result in immediate termination of booking, dismissal of guest with no refund, and legal prosecution.

2) The Host of this unit shall be under no liability to any person permitted to enter or use the premises for loss of life, accidents, injuries sustained, or loss or damage of goods or chattels.
3) The Host accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belonging/item left unattended in the unit. Personal belongings shall be held and kept all the time properly by their owner, and should any incident happen; the sole responsibility will be on the owner.
4) Considering the risk of injury or damage to guests in the unit, The Host will not hold any responsibility nor provide any indemnification/compensation to the guest.
5) The Host does not accept any litigation and personal injury claim arising from the guest's action or sole negligence.
