This is a budget homestay with clean wooden houses. Nice place. Behind it there is also masjid. Just a few steps walk across the beach area.

The people who run this place are lovely, very welcoming, and nice. I think they are brahmins. The place is grand, not the cheapest but right in front of the sea. Good wifi, cleans the place and has fans in the rooms. Very pleasant stay with good vibes.

The hotel is located on the beach in batu ferringhi, just a 2minute walk from the popular night bazar. Its the best place if you have a scooter and want to explore the entire island. The room is very basic but clean, with a large bed and a fan. The shower is good with lots of water.
