Amazing magic in Penang Hills! Loved this place and its environment! Stayed in Jasmine villa, which as a bonus surprise actually does include a karaoke set like the other villas — once we exhausted the 100 English songs available, we just looked up our own songs using WiFi. :) Free pick up/ drop off by hotel from airport is only 2pm and 4pm, getting this information from management was a bit more difficult than it needed to be so here it is. Otherwise, airport is 40rm, Georgetown 80rm, Batu Ferringhi 100rm or more. Ask the driver if you need to get to an actual supermarket for food items beforehand (or do this shopping before your pick up), or your only option will be hawker takeaway and a minimart nearby. The hill road to the resort is doable by regular car but very bumpy and hard to navigate, so like others I advise using the resort shuttle contacts, don’t assume a Grab will take you in. Beautiful walks nearby, we did the farm loop through to the river bank and back, and a little bit up to the Thai temple which according to maps.me would continue to the “Heaven Hill viewpoint” (1 hr 10mins one direction). It feels really gorgeous to be right in the middle of such greenery. The pool was a welcome respite from the heat, resort grounds are beautifully landscaped. Staff were attentive and friendly, thumbs up! Resort includes oddities like a resident peacock and birds as part of their attractions — hopefully the unique design, ambience, and nature itself is enough for you!

Die schwierige Anfahrt (unbefestiger Waldweg) hat sich gelohn. Wir haben das Resort die ganze Zeit über nicht verlassen und das Ambiente genossen. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und wurden perfekt umsorgt. Das Frühstück wurde uns in die Lodge geliefert. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Sogar frisches Obst wurde geschnitten gereicht. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie eine Lordschaft im alten England. Perfekt.

Fantastic experience of staying in the durian hill. Good experience for the kid to get close with nature. Small water fall in front of the resort is great playground for the kids. But accessibly to the resort via the jungle trail will be quite challenging especially at night

車で細い山道を進んで行くと、こんなところに！と驚くような建物群が現れる。到着すると、ホテルのスタッフが荷物を持ち階段を登って、宿泊するVillaへと案内してくれる。口数は少ないが、温かみを感じる対応。建物は広く、まさに別荘のよう。近くに流れる川のせせらぎが心地よい。テラスで景色をみながら持参した食材で簡単な夕飯。キッチンもついているので、自炊にも困らない。 1つだけ残念だったことは、出発の朝、タクシーの到着が遅れたこと。山の中なので、タクシーがこなければ身動きがとれず。早朝のフライトだったので、ちょっとドキドキした。時間に余裕を持った計画にすることをおすすめする。

The adventure began on a narrow road surrounded by greenery. Situated a long way up the hill in a wellkept forest. Its a long journey, with steep paths along side a small, quiet creek. A different understanding of the registration process was given from the host and admin staff, who appear to have different responsibilities and tasks. Despite the obstacles, we were happy with the welcoming entry and were relieved by the peaceful atmosphere and lush nature. We enjoyed a very pleasant and joyful stay all night with a complimentary american breakfast provided. We had a minor uneasy encounter with the villa, especially with lily and jasmine. Although it is slick and damaged, there are no lights on the walkway between the villa. Therefore, safety is a concern. We believe that maintaining the resort immaculately paradise atmosphere would enhance your experience. Thank you very much.

Its an amazing place to escape the city and experience nature in penang. The staff are very friendly and help us prepare bbq and hot pot. We also have ktv in the room and it is really fun.

I have never been to a resort before, so I can't see or feel the resort, this resort is a perfect place to get away from the city, because it is far from the bustle and hustle of the city, it is surrounded by trees, and it is so suitable for escaping the city. The only problem with this resort is the road leading from the city to the resort, which is quite dangerous and a narrow road. Other than that, it's very dark at night, and there is no street light. There is no street light, and the signage leading all the way up to the resort is small and badly damaged, in some of it is not clear enough to see. The phone signal is quite weak, so there's no point in contacting if misleading the road. The resort staff is helpful, and the resort is excellent. Due to the age of the wood inside the resort, maintenance would need to be improved. For dinner, you have to bring your own breakfast.

This resort is amazing! Its beyond words, its incredible and wonderful. Everything is topnotch! My kids absolutely adore this place. For the first time, they played the game and sang karaoke. Despite being in the midst of a forest, there are no insects or mosquitoes in the room. The breakfast is excellent! They provide you with value for your money and serve you. Fantastic!.

This resort is situated midway on a small hill. Enjoy the lush scenery and a sense of connection with nature while playing in the swimming pool. There are several different villas available for small group accommodations. Enjoy singing and enjoying the provided karaoke and enjoying a barbecue outside the villa.

I give it 3.5 stars right now. Visited on day 2 of cny 2022. The establishment has started offering breakfast and lunch (dimsum and local) from 8 am to 2 pm and seafood steamboat dinner from 5 to 9 pm. Dimsum here is the same as dimsum at the cp museum and is cheaper, though there isnt much variety at the moment. The fried radish cake is delicious. Skip the toast. The crew is friendly and helpful. Perhaps because the fandb is still new and understaffed, the food arrived without proper eating cutlery and you have to ask the crew or just collect them yourself from the table at the cashier where you place or pay for your order. This place offers a respite for hikers, cyclists and families to get away from city life. You can hike up the trail from the indian temple at sg ara and follow it until you reach the resort. It is the same route to emperor villa. The scenery is naturally beautiful and perfect for taking photos. I will definitely be back.

A great place for a quick getaway from the bustling and noisy city. Nestled in the jungle, this resort is constructed in the traditional balinese manner. It features a swimming pool, a steamboat barbecue pit, and a karaoke system.

Harganya mahal, kebersihan kamar sangat buruk, dan debu di sudut tidak dibersihkan sama sekali. Kaca spion retak, plafon roboh, dan tidak ada perbaikan. Jalan ke sana sama sekali tidak cocok untuk dilalui sendiri. Jalannya sempit sehingga hanya bisa memuat satu mobil. Ban juga sobek, padahal ada layanan pengiriman, tapi tidak ada. Kolam renangnya juga banyak kotorannya dan airnya hanya berwarna kuning. Ada juga semut yang keluar masuk kamar mandi pada malam hari. Ada juga noda yang tidak diketahui di seprai dan bau busuk. Sarapan tidak diantar tepat waktu. Kesimpulannya adalah harganya tidak sepadan.

Saya sudah sering menginap di sini. Sangat cocok untuk berkumpul bersama teman dan keluarga. Yang paling saya sukai adalah lagu K dan speaker kuncinya cukup bagus. Ada mobil khusus untuk mengantar naik turun gunung. Saya pasti akan datang lagi.

This tree house is very good. I also saw an orange cat that kept following me and the orange juice was also great. However, the swimming pool is a bit dirty. I want to keep the orange cat so bad.

This place is suitable for gathering with friends and family. We had a great time taking beautiful photos, hiking, karaoke in the room, and relaxing by the pool. The staff is very attentive, especially arif, who made us feel very welcome.
