If there are no significant changes, this will be my first and last stay at this place. Tempat ini adalah unit studio di atas commercial premises in one large area / building. Pd 13/11 th 21 tiada satu pun shoplot 2 itu yg beroperasi. Sunyi. Menakutkan. Deserted.

The location is good, the pool is very big and the water is cool. The views are also nice, and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. A bit far from the city center (20 minutes walk or just take a grab.

Kami menghabiskan 4 malam di kediaman ini. Kami berada di gedung B yang sepertinya sudah tidak terawat. Lorongnya sangat kotor, saya pikir tidak pernah dibersihkan. Hunian ini memiliki kolam besar dan indah, sayangnya airnya sedingin es. Kamarnya luas tetapi pembersihannya benar-benar meninggalkan sesuatu yang diinginkan (kecoa besar di kamar mandi). Selain itu, tidak ada air panas untuk mencuci! Kami merasa sangat tidak nyaman di tempat ini. Saya sangat tidak merekomendasikannya.

Biaya parkir RM 6 per hari. Kamar lembab, AC bocor, TV menyala otomatis dan suara bocor terus terdengar di malam hari. Staf keamanan sangat buruk sehingga saya pikir hotel ini sangat mewah. Akibat serakah akan harga murah.

I arrived here around 4 pm. Checkin was easy and smooth. The building design looks very different from the outside. My parking lot on level 7 was glad the building had a speed ramp which saved me a lot of time. Parking fees are rm 10 per entry. The room was spacious with a small kitchen. It smelled funny when i entered the room. Having a bathtub inside the room was a surprise. Everything works fine in the room. Water pressure was very strong, taking a shower was satisfying. The swimming pool has long design overlooking melaka straits, but it is quite narrow. During my onenight stay here, i didnt have any problems.

We booked at bali residence through airbnb. I-housing, who managed the unit, contacted me in advance about the booking and confirmed the details and directions there. We stayed at tower b 14th floor and the twobedroom unit had one of the most complete facilities we have ever stayed at - even had a water filter both hot and cold as well as highspeed wifi. We couldnt have asked for more. Jason, the main contact person, was also very responsive and helpful and provided prompt guidance when we couldnt find our parking lot upon arrival. He also told us where we could temporarily store our luggage after check in. The kids pool was a mini water theme park which is great for young children and the adults pool on the other side was spacious and clean. The furniture was new and clean, and the beds, pillows and linens were clean and comfortable. We also love the arrangement of checkin and checkout and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to ihousing for making our stay a memorable one! We will be back soon!.

I suggest staying there. Nice setting. Easy access to jonker street and other locations as well. Affordable pricing. Excellent places to stay for vacationers. We stayed as couples.

Saya ingin mengatakan semua ini, tolong berhenti dan baca komentar saya! Ada 3 hal yang ingin saya katakan! Pertama, pelayanannya sangat buruk, ketika kami tiba dan tidak tahu cara masuk, kami menelepon untuk bertanya, sikap mereka sangat buruk, termasuk keamanan. Poin kedua, begitu saya membuka pintu, bau toilet langsung menyengat hidung saya. Poin ketiga yang paling membuat kami jijik adalah air toiletnya tidak bisa disiram. Menjijikkan. Kami juga mencoba menelepon berkali-kali dan tidak ada yang menjawab. Konter tidak tersedia 24 jam, jadi apa gunanya mengumpulkan deposit? Tidak bisa menarik secara langsung Terakhir, mari kita bahas kekurangan kecil, lokasi bagus, tapi dekorasi ruangannya kurang ideal, terlihat bersih, tapi kenyataannya banyak tempat yang tidak ideal, misalnya sofa sangat kotor dan catnya berantakan. Begitu masuk, Anda harus membayar biaya parkir sebesar 6 yuan, jadi jika Anda keluar makan dan kembali, biayanya akan menjadi 6 yuan lebih. Lemari langsung lepas setelah digantung. Saya memesannya melalui Airbnb (kamar di lantai 21, foto diambil dari balkon). Menurut saya cara check-in akan sama meskipun pemilik kamarnya berbeda, jadi saya menulis ini untuk referensi. Untuk check-in, beri tahu penjaga di pintu masuk menara tempat kamar Anda berada bahwa Anda adalah tamu, lalu ambil kunci dan kartu keamanan Anda dari kotak surat dekat meja resepsionis. Kemudian, isi nama Anda, nomor paspor, dll di meja resepsionis. Sekarang check-in sekarang selesai. Di dalam lift, Anda meletakkan kartu keamanan Anda pada sensor dan kemudian memilih lantai kamar Anda. Anda menggunakan kunci kamar biasa sebagai pengganti kartu dan Anda juga menggunakan kartu tersebut di pintu masuk apartemen (kadang penjaga kadang-kadang membukanya untuk Anda). Meskipun lokasinya tidak di pusat kota Malaka, tetapi terdapat tempat makan dan toko serba ada (dan ada juga pusat perbelanjaan besar, meski tidak bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki). Ada juga minimarket di dekat pintu masuk Tower B (walaupun tidak buka 24 jam).

I recently stayed at the imperio residence on my last trip to malacca from april 18 to october 22, and i must say that the owner is incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the apartment is lovely and fully furnished. I highly recommend it. Egg extra, coffee cafe is a nice place to have breakfast nearby, and its only a short stroll from the apartment. For dinner, just pop into lucky famous restaurant, just a 4minute walk from the apartment.

Overall fine! Perfecthost staff is friendly. The price is very reasonable and i got a room with a bathtub for rm 117! Minus point, the wall paint in my room was a bit damaged. Apart from that, perfect has tv, wifi, parking rm 10 only per day, bathtub, shower, washer dryer, iron and ironing board, builtin cabinet with induction cooker, fridge, and wardrobe. Other facilities such as swimming pool can also be assessed.
