This studio apartment is suitable for a couple because it has tastier kitchen facilities than the one in the room. However, it would have been preferable if they had provided fewer microwaves to heat up food. The swimming pool also offers dazzling views of kampar town. Gym facilities are also available. Staff are very helpful when asked.

Jika Anda datang ke sini bersama keluarga, terutama anak-anak, sebaiknya lupakan niat itu. Kolam renang di sini harus dipesan terlebih dahulu dan seseorang dapat mandi di kolam untuk dua orang dewasa. Kolam renang beroperasi dari jam 10 pagi hingga jam 10 malam. Jika sudah satu jam setiap sesi, ada 12 sesi sehari, anak saya 4 orang. Saya tidak akan masuk anak orang lain lagi. Pastikan untuk memesan sebelum 5 malam, mungkin ada kesempatan bagi anak Anda untuk mandi di kolam ini. (Catatan: jika Anda ingin memesan, cari tahu sendiri di mana penjaganya karena dia tidak akan duduk di tepi kolam, datang juga karena ingin mengusir penduduk atau pengunjung yang tidak memesan kolam renang).

This place has amazing units. I rented this one, and the wifi was good. Its unbelievable that kampar has a property that resembles paris. How wonderful.

The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The parking is on the highest level, which is level 6, and i had a hard time driving all the way up. And it was very quiet and quite empty. There was no drinking water and the tv didnt work as expected. Swimming pool and gym are on level 7, and equipment is adequate and in good condition. Overall, it felt satisfying and really enjoyed my time there.

Stay here to attend a wedding. Nice and clean apartment hotel without food outlets. Speedmart is within walking distance and there is savoy malam on weekends. Plenty of parking space secured with parking access cards. Very quiet. A cash deposit of rm 100 is required. Also, exit the car park and park outside before checking out otherwise your car cannot exit. Weird. Overall good experience.

I am describing my experiences as an presently owner of a unit here. I purchased this as reinvestment because it had many promises, such as the theme park next to it, the steady stream of student rentals, etc. Fast forward to the present and all promises are empty. As such, my unit in this place depreciates in value. The management itself needs to be renovated, most of them are hostile to owners, with the exception of an indian guy who is always friendly. And they started charging 1% on late electric payments. What is this about? Just ranking in dollars? The location is lovely, albeit isolated. There are lakes and plenty of amenities if you want to drive out. Each apartment is luxuriously furnished. It came as part of the package for me. Because i dont get or see any rentals yet, im forced to come here once yearly to clean up and stay. Sigh.
