Smoking - No smoking indoors. You are welcome to smoke outside the house. - Fine for smoking indoors: RM1,000. Pets - Pets are welcome. Please let us know before arrival. - Pet fee: RM300 per stay for up to 3 pets, plus RM100 for each additional pet. - Pets must not relieve themselves inside the house. Any soiling or damage will be charged separately. Not allowed (fines apply) - Excessive drinking: RM1,000 - Shouting or loud noise after 10:00 PM: RM2,000 - Playing music too loudly: RM2,000 - Drugs of any kind: RM3,000 - Moving furniture: RM1,000 - Taping or gluing anything to the walls: RM500 - Wearing shoes inside the house Please also - Switch off all electrical appliances and water taps before you leave. - Use the appliances, games and furniture with care. Any damage will be charged at full price. - Please dry yourself before sitting on the sofa. Total fines may go up to RM8,500 depending on the condition of the house. The host may update these house rules at any time.
