Security deposit - A refundable security deposit of RM1,000 is required, paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before arrival. It is refunded by bank transfer within 48 hours after check-out. Smoking - No smoking indoors. You are welcome to smoke outside the house. - Fine for smoking indoors: RM1,000. Pets - Pets are welcome. Please let us know before arrival. - Pet fee: RM300 per stay for up to 3 pets, plus RM100 for each additional pet. - Pets must not relieve themselves inside the house. Any soiling or damage will be charged separately. Not allowed (fines apply) - Excessive drinking: RM1,000 - Shouting or loud noise after 10:00 PM: RM2,000 - Playing music too loudly: RM2,000 - Drugs of any kind: RM3,000 - Moving furniture: RM1,000 - Taping or gluing anything to the walls: RM500 - Wearing shoes inside the house Please also - Switch off all electrical appliances and water taps before you leave. - Use the appliances, games and furniture with care. Any damage will be charged at full price. - Please dry yourself before sitting on the sofa. Total fines may go up to RM8,500 depending on the condition of the house. The host may update these house rules at any time.

About KL Bungalow 34 Pax - 7 Cars - Karaoke, Games & Meeting Area - 5km to Mid Valley
Our Old Klang Road bungalow sits in a convenient, central part of Kuala Lumpur, about 13 minutes' drive from Mid Valley Megamall and Sunway Pyramid, with no need to travel far into the city.
Inside there are 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms over three floors, sleeping up to 36 guests, so a big group can stay together under one roof. The house is built for gathering: karaoke, a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, carrom, darts, Nintendo, a quick-reflex game, mahjong, rummy and board games.
The 2nd floor has an extra-long meeting table that seats 12, with a top-tier projector, which is great for meetings, team building and training sessions. Up on the top floor there is a huge rooftop viewing deck. The kitchen has a microwave, induction cooker, twin-pot steamboat set and a water dispenser, so you can bring your own ingredients and enjoy a steamboat dinner at home. A large 200L BBQ pit is free for our guests to use, with plenty of room for the whole group.
The house is ideal for proposals, small weddings, bride's house, birthday parties, company team-building and multi-family gatherings.
