Security deposit - A refundable security deposit of RM500 is required, paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before arrival. It is refunded by bank transfer within 48 working hours after check-out. Smoking - No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. - Fine for smoking indoors: RM1,000. Pets - Pets are welcome. Please let us know before arrival. - Pet fee: RM150 per stay for up to 3 pets, plus RM100 for each additional pet. - Pets must not relieve themselves inside the house. Any soiling or damage will be charged separately. Not allowed (fines apply) - Excessive drinking: RM1,000 - Shouting or loud noise after 10:00 PM: RM2,000 - Playing music too loudly: RM2,000 - Drugs of any kind: RM3,000 - Moving furniture: RM1,000 - Taping or gluing anything to the walls: RM500 - Wearing shoes inside the house Please also - Switch off all electrical appliances and water taps before you leave. - Use the appliances, games and furniture with care. Any damage will be charged at full price. - Please dry yourself before sitting on the sofa. Total fines may go up to RM8,500 depending on the condition of the house. The host may update these house rules at any time.

Our Salak South entertainment home is near Sri Petaling, about 10 minutes' drive from Mid Valley Megamall and Sunway Velocity Mall, in a convenient, well-connected part of Kuala Lumpur.
Inside there are 2 bedrooms plus a cinema/game room and a karaoke room, with 2 bathrooms, sleeping about 14 to 16 guests, so a group can stay together under one roof. The house is built for gathering and fun: a home cinema, karaoke, pool table, VR, racing sets, Nintendo, shooting games, a quick-reflex game, a boxing machine, mahjong, rummy, comics and all kinds of board games.
It suits birthday celebrations, friends' gatherings and group getaways: the home cinema, karaoke, VR and racing sets keep a group entertained all evening, and a steamboat or electric BBQ dinner is easy to arrange at home.
Steamboat gear is included, so you can bring your own ingredients and enjoy a steamboat dinner at home. An electric BBQ pit is available for an additional RM80 (no charcoal needed). Toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
Parking: free. These are shoplot units, with plenty of free bays in front of the shops and no limit on the number of cars. If you are ever charged, you can claim it back from us.
