- Damage deposit RM200 is required before checkin and will be refund the next check out day before 12pm.
- Please take a photo to owner after you have put back the access card and key into the mailbox when the check out.
- Earlier check in and late check out will be CHARGE RM 50.00 per hour. The check out time is based on the time owner receive the check out photo.
- No smoking allowed inside the house, who have violate will be charge RM 300.00.
- Damage or Loss cover access card, wire keychain and access card will be CHARGE RM 100.00.
- Damage or loss the room key will be charge RM 50/pcs.
- Please keep the house clean and remove the rubbish before check out, if not, the fee of RM 20 will be charge. Big trash can have in the parking area side and lobby have show the direction.
- Who cause any clog in the sink kitchen or toilet will be charge RM 300.
- You need to change a dry clothes after swimming, if not, the fee RM 200 will be charge.
- Please be considerate at night, keep loud noises to any minimum.
- No events and parties allowed.
- No pets allowed.
