House Rules to Follow:
1) Strictly no smoking inside the house.Penalty of RM200 will impose if found smoking in the apartment
2) We collect RM200 deposit before check in.
3) Strictly no littering. Please dispose rubbish at the bin room located at Level R.
4) Strictly not allow more than one (1) car enters the residence parking.
5) Strictly not allow more than 4 adults stay in the house.
6) Strictly no loud noises at the house or common areas.
7) Inappropriate swimwear is not allowed to enter the swimming pool. (vivacity Apartment Swimming Pool is not accessible)
8) Lost or damage access card is subject to a penalty of RM 150.00 (each).
9) Kindly use with care the home stay amenities as damages will be at your cost.
10) Guests are only allowed to use the kitchen to cook light dishes.
11) Switch off all the electricity when leaving the house or not in used.
12) Lock the door and close the window before you leave.
13) Strictly no durian and no pets allowed.
