We had a pleasant stay in a twobedroom suite. The suite was clean and spacious, with facilities such as a washing machine, dryer and mini kitchen with crockery. Even washing powder, dishwashing detergent, and mini bottles of shampoo and body wash were provided. Check in and out was easy and hasslefree. A refundable rm 100 deposit was collected at checkin. There were three elevators in operation and the wait for the elevator was quick. Card keys were needed to be tapped to go up and down the elevator. But there are downsides. The shower head was too small and the water pressure was not strong enough. The main door was opened and locked by a key, the lock looked kind of flimsy and seemed to be easily broken.

Beginning with communication from Jason alerting us to early check-in to checkout the next day, everything is fine. We wish we would have discovered this location sooner. We enjoyed the comfortable room complete with amenities. Despite being in a room facing the Tanjong Tokong road our room was surprisingly quiet. Lunch at Ido Ichi in the building then dinner just across the street at No Eyed Dear. 2 of our favorite restaurants made our day & evening complete.

It's a nice and well-equipped property. Though exterior it kind of look like and seasoned building, but accommodation is well maintain and updated. Also, I accidentally left by daughter's favourite water bottle after checked out. The reception is kind enough to help me ship the bottle back to me safely. Kudos!

ペナン長期滞在の際は毎回利用させてもらってます。食事、買い物…全てここに滞在すれば徒歩圏内だし、タウンやビーチに行きたい時はバス停も目の前にあります。あと、何と言っても洗濯機と乾燥機が部屋に常備されており、洗剤まで付いてるので主婦としては助かります。周りに同じ様なコンドミニアムが続々と建ち始めてますが、私はこちらがおススメです。

We booked a double bed with an additional pull-out mattress for the kids, and as we've stayed here before we were upgraded to an apartment with two beds (one in the bedroom, one in the main living room). Additionally, we were given a room that was right outside the pool, which was ideal for the kids. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which has a large sunny area but also lots of shade for young children. The condition of the apartment itself was excellent, it had everything we needed. The lady that met us when we arrived (and who we've met before when we stayed) was very welcoming and helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Add in the Cold Storage in the basement that's open until 10pm, the free parking (make sure you let them know beforehand if you need to park), and it amounted to the perfect place to stay. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Penang.

We found this property to be of a great standard for the price paid. We are a family with two young children. The main bedroom we left for the kids, so we could stay up a little later. All apartment fittings are new and are great quality. Car parking directly underneath, along with a great supermarket. A couple of cafes for a coffee. We caught Grabs into Batu Ferringhi at night. Super easy. Pool and spa are really clean and awesome lookout. Staff were really friendly with great communication. I'd highly recommend this property and we'd certainly stay again.
