Effective September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check in.
Below are the extra charges guest require to pay upon arrival at the property before check-in;
- Refundable Security Deposit: RM200
- Utility fee: RM25 per room per night
- Service charge: RM25 per room per night
- Car park: RM15 per car per night (optional). Advance reservation is required.
Effective 1st January 2026, the Selangor State Local Government will impose a Sustainable Fee calculated per room per night of MYR 2 for apartments, motels, inns, homestays, and 0–2 star-rated properties; MYR 3 for 3-star properties; MYR 5 for 4-star properties; and MYR 7 for 5-star properties. This charge is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the stated room rates or taxes.
