The room is quite cozy and well worth the price paid. There is plenty of parking right in front of the hotel, but kk mart is only a short walk away, and it takes only 5 minutes to drive there. Its very quiet even though its right next to blustery roads. Although the rooms soundproofing can be improved, it is still acceptable for the cost.

I stayed here for 2 nights, checkin was smooth and easy, all instructions were whatsapp before arrival, for the first time i was assigned a room on the road side but it turned out to be very noisy, contacted the manager the next day and they were kind enough to let us have another room which is much quieter. If you anticipate yourself being out most of the time and are looking for merely laying down and showering, this is the place. For the price there is nothing you can complain about unless you have gotten tucked away by the street. Highly recommended for singaporeans who just want eveyoned for an overnight getaway.

This place was created solely for sleep, and the location was fantastic. It only took 7 minutes to walk to the ksl mall. Kk mart is right next door, surrounded by wonderful makan places all around. The room was clean, but the only drawback was the shared toilet. However, considering the price, it was excellent.

Rm 7 grab from ciq. Good location, good price for the room. There is a washing machine, iron, fridge but no kitchen and tv. Plenty of parking space and quiet.

Nice place to stay. Selfcheckin instructions are clean and clear. Just remember to bring your phone out. There is a lot of gate with password to enter. Walking distance to ksl and pelangi mall. However, the two malls are quite outdated and actually not much to shop for. Its quite difficult to take gm or airasia from the johor baru checkpoint. Walk to bali polis it would be easier to use grab or eaasia.

The rooms are enclosed and ventilation needs improvement. There should be more shelves or hooks in the rooms. The location is good, close to both ksl and plaza pelangi on foot.
