Udah datang dari jam 17:00 untuk check in, dari pihak gedung tidak membantu sama sekali. Sudah coba telepon ke customer service dan whatsapp ke CSnya, katanya akan di hubungi kembali. Karena sudah jam 20:00 waktu setempat (penang) kami pun putus asa dan langsung booking hotel tmpt lain. Luar biasa memang. Udah capek seharian, jalan-jalan bawa orang tua tapi dapat pengalaman yang kurang enak seperti ini. Kapok dah.

Announcement

1. Check in: 3pm, Check out: 11am.
Early check in/Late check out has to be requested in advance, and it is based on availability. Kindly note that we charge RM 50/hour as we need to assign more housekeepers to clean up the place faster while making sure the place is thoroughly cleaned. We seek for your understanding on this.
3. Strictly no vandalizing! We put in a lot of effort making sure the place is fun and comfortable for every guest. We hope that you can treat the place with respect and care. Reimbursement will be claimed for the damage made.
House rules
5. No smoking/ drugging/ illegal activities are allowed.
6. Please do not move the furniture. If you do, please move it back to its original place before you leave.
* Any rules broken will be fined.
8. No excessive drinking is allowed in our house.
9. No parties allowed.
10. No durians inside the house
11. RM100 will be fined for each lost card. Please take a video as a proof that you have returned all 4 cards in the letter box during check out.
12. 13 guests maximum. If we find out that your group has more than 13 people, we have the right to reject your stay, AND REFUND REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Penang Tax : Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.
