What started as a disappointing experience eventually turned into a pleasant surprise, thanks to the Marriott teams genuine commitment to service recovery. We arrived at 3.25 pm to check in but were told our room was not ready. No estimated wait time was given and we were simply asked to wait. After a long delay, we were finally shown to our apartment at 5 pm by two guest relations managers who personally escorted us to the 25th floor a thoughtful gesture that helped turn things around. We were explained the reason for the delay and given some compensation. A lovely birthday surprise awaited me in the room a beautifully presented chocolate cake that added a personal and memorable touch to the stay. The facilities are impressive, especially the wellequipped gym. The doorman was consistently helpful and friendly, greeting us with a smile. Breakfast on level 2 was another highlight. It felt more like a chance to connect with the team than just a meal. The staff made us feel really welcome and the food quality was excellent. The team behind the live stations stood out for their warmth and enthusiasm, making breakfast experience truly special. There are always staff going around to ensure empty plates are cleared. Although the hotel is relatively new, the staff are clearly well trained. Its evident that the management team is doing their best to delight guests, and their efforts shine through. Despite the rough start, this stay left a very positive impression, and i would be happy to return in the future.

Apartemen ini benar-benar baru dan nyaman. Secara keseluruhan, sangat bagus. Hanya saja, beberapa detail kecil perlu diperbaiki. Misalnya, pintu kamar kedua bergetar saat pintu toilet di sebelah terbuka. Mungkin perlu sedikit peredam suara untuk memasang strip kedap udara. Suhu AC harus diatur serendah 21- 22 degC agar berfungsi. Selebihnya sempurna. Beberapa staf mungkin baru, tetapi semua staf sangat membantu. Pemandangan lautnya luar biasa, begitu juga kolam renangnya. Sarapannya luar biasa, dengan sedikit hidangan lokal sebagai pelengkap! Saya ingin menginap lagi di masa mendatang!

Very nice hotel and recommend staying here! A lovely new oneyearold hotel close to the new gurney walk beach park. The executive apartments are well equipped with a living room with a comfortable sofa, sitting chair, dining table and chairs, and a full kitchen with a full kitchen including a full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, convection oven, and washer and dryer. The beds are firm, but the pillows and duvet were very fluffy and full. The bathroom has a freestanding tub and a large shower with options for rainhead and wand. This hotel also has a nice infinity pool with room for swimming laps, a section with 4 watermassage chairs, and a shallow swimming area with waterfalls. There is also a cafe, an italian restaurant, and a large buffetstyle breakfast with options for rice, noodle dishes, curry dishes, eggs, pastries, fresh juice, salad, and fruit.

We stayed at the Marriott apartments, which are in the same building as the Marriott hotel, and had a comfortable stay overall. However, there are a few key things to consider before booking. The apartments are spacious, with separate bedrooms and living rooms, making them feel more like home than a hotel room. They are also located on higher floors than the hotel rooms, offering even better city and ocean views. The washer and dryer are a great convenience for longer stays, and guests have full access to the hotels pool and gym, which are wellmaintained and enjoyable. This is not a perk of the apartments, so if lounge access is important to you, it is important to confirm the policy before booking. One major downside is the hard beds. Malaysia tends to have very firm beds, so if you prefer daily cleaning, it is advisable to confirm this policy before booking. The hotel offers a variety of great restaurants, including an excellent italian restaurant. There is also a bakery and cafe downstairs with delicious baked goods, although the sandwiches were disappointing. Overall, the hotel apartments offer a spacious and wellequipped stay with great views and useful amenities. However, limited housekeeping, firm beds, and no access to the m club are important factors to consider when booking.
