-If towels or bedsheets condition are beyond washable (eg. blood/wine stain), guest may pay for replacement cost.
 
-Bedding arrangement: Every 2 guests per queen size/king bed. Please inform us 1 day advance for extra guests. Extra laundry charges will apply if require 1 person per bed. (Subject to availability)
-Strictly No Smoking, drugs, outdoor shoe, and durian inside the house. Violation of rules shall impose RM200 charges.
-Kindly switch off all air conditioners and electrical items if is not in use.
-Guest shall be responsible for all cost that affect the condition of unit and upcoming bookings. Includes: smells of smoking, durians and serious dirty and damage.
-Food heating/Light cooking only & wash the dishes and utensils if any. Stove & cooking utensils provided upon request, subject to availability.
-Keep noise down and respect the neighbours.
-Please be expect that check in time may be delay during weekend, peak season and holiday.
-If you break something please let us know, so that we can replace it for the next guests.
-Pet: Pet fees and deposits is required and to follow the pet policy.
-Food heating/Light cooking only & wash the dishes and utensils if any. Cooking materials provided upon request (subject to availability)
-Long-term Rental: Deposit is required and included free RM250 worth of electricity usage
-Please keep the house clean and tidy to avoid extra charges.
