~Guests shall not be allowed to move the furniture in the unit without permission from the host.
-Only allow over 18 years old guest booking and check in house (except with family)
-Our house only allow 12people( including kid) enter and stay,If extra guest enter need get owner permission
~ Only light cooking is allowed.
~Late check out after 11 a.m will be charge RM 30 PER HOUR . After 1pm check out will charge per best available rate per night.
~ Please switch off all the electrical appliances when haven’t in use or when you leave.
~ Please be considerate at night - keep loud noises to a minimum.
~ NO pets allowed.
~ Events and parties allowed.need get owner permission ,we will charge extra Rm 100 for event fee
~ Keep Our Home Neat, NO shoes on your feet, kindly shoes OFF in our house.

-Before check in our unit , we will collect RM200 refundable security deposit By online transfer,when check out cleaner check everything good condition will refund same day
