The deposit will be refunded within 1–3 working days after check-out and once cleaning is completed.Identification & Tourism Tax:A copy of your identity card or passport is required before check-in for registration.Malaysian tourism tax is MYR 10.00 per night per person, applicable to foreigners entering with a social visit pass.Cleaning Fee:An additional cleaning fee applies, as mentioned in the template sent to you before check-in. This fee is payable directly at the property and depends on the size of the property. Please contact us for further details.Late Check-out Charges:Additional charges for late check-out are RM 60.00 per hour.Lost Access Card:Replacement of a lost access card is MYR 200.00.Personal Belongings:Upon check-out, please ensure no valuable belongings are left in the property.Parking:Vehicles are parked at your own risk.No Smoking:Smoking is NOT allowed in the property. A penalty of RM 500.00 will be charged for violations.Prohibited Foods:Food or fruits with pungent smells or strong coloring (such as durian or mangosteen) are not allowed in the unit.Hotel/Homestay Rules:Kindly adhere to all rules and regulations of the hotel/homestay.Prohibited Activities:No damaging, no missing items, and no illegal activities are allowed at the property.
