PANDORA SPRING VILLA [PRIVATE POOL, BBQ, SNOOKER]⭐

Dear Guest, Pandora Spring Villa is a private house. Unlike commercial center or hotel, our house rule objective is to:
- preserve the house physical property
- not disturb the surrounding residential neighbourhood
- not violate the law, moral and religious values.

1. Standard check in time: 3pm & check out time: 12pm.

2. Guests are expected to behave in a civilized manner, no wild parties / clubbing activity. *
- No drug consumption.
- No loud noises after 12am.
- No public obscene activities.

3. Care for the house fitting & its furniture. (Damages / breakages will be charged) *
- No item is allowed to be taken away. (Stolen items will be charged / reported to police)*
- Do not move furniture around the house.
- Do not stick double sided tape / staple on the wall.
- No lighting of decorative candles (except birthday cakes)
- Maintain safety from fire & electric mishaps. *
- No smoking in rooms.
- Save water, switch off the aircond and lights when not needed.

4. Care of house cleanliness.
- Take off shoes while in the house.
- All rubbish should be collected in plastic bags.
- Excessive dirtiness / vomiting will be charged *
- Do not flush any napkins or trash in the toilet to avoid clogging. *

5. Care of the swimming pool.
- Do not throw any items into the swimming pool.
- Do not meddle with the swimming pool fountain pump.

6. Others
- No pets allowed.
- No pork allowed.
- No cooking in the house. (Cooking only in the Garden kitchen / BBQ area)
- Cars are to be parked outside the house compound.

Serious unruly behaviour and commotion will result in you being asked to leave the premise & forfeit the security deposit.

*May lead to security deposit being forfeited.

RM500 security deposit cash to be paid direct to host.
