Price charged to you is auto calculated based on headcount( DIFFERENT HEADCOUNTS=DIFFERENT PRICES )

CCTV OUTSIDE THE ENTRANCE IS FOR SECURITY and TO MONITOR HEADCOUNT !

So you MUST HONESTLY provide the EXACT number of guests ( including CHILDREN / INFANTS) in the booking information.

MAXIMUM allowed=NO MORE than 12 guests. ( Including children/infants)

Guests who are DISHONEST / CHEATING with the headcount in the booking system and then arrive to check in with extra head/s ( including children and infants)
will be charged 50 RINGGIT per extra head per night ( including CHILDREN and INFANTS).

Guests who fail to pay for the extra head/s are NOT ALLOWED to check in , DOOR WILL AUTO LOCK and NO REFUND given.

My apartment is opposite the most beautiful and popular beach in PANGKOR ISLAND (3 minutes of walking distance ) where visitors come for picnic , swimming, relaxation and water games.

My apartment balcony is facing directly to the swimming pools ...

Seafood restaurants , massage centres , souvenir, convenient and duty free shops=5-8 minutes of walking distance...
(NOTE:Walking time is estimated based on healthy adults )

All tourist attractions in PANGKOR ISLAND=3-8 minutes of driving from my apartment.

When you visit my apartment, i give you my assurance that what you get is what you see from the photos posted here. CLEAN, NEW , TIDY and FRESH.

PROPERTY LAYOUT:

APARTMENT (on 2nd floor. No Lift. Staircase= totally 40 steps only) 24f X48f.
3 BEDROOMS (each bed room can fit up to 4 guests)
2 BATHROOMS
LIVING ROOM with nice sofa.
BALCONY(with swimming pool view and faraway sea view )
KITCHEN ( Special eating utensils for Muslim .No gas stove for heavy cooking.)

1)NO SMOKING.($200 PENALTY if found smoking inside apartment )

2) NO PETS

3)$100 PENALTY for late check out (After 12.15pm)

4)NO HEAVY COOKING

5) DO NOT take away anything.

6)NO drinks and foods on beds.

7)We do not provide the service of keeping luggages

8) Extra CHARGES if things broken as a result of your carelessness

9)Failure to arrive / No-show (on whatever reason)=No refund , NO date postponement or replacement and NO change of booking ownership.

10)To book on behalf of other party must first obtain permission from us. Violation of this term=NO CHECK IN ALLOWED and NO REFUND

11) Change of booking date/ownership is NOT ALLOWED=NO CHECK IN ALLOWED and NO REFUND

12)Must provide valid HANDPHONE NUMBER

13) Portable stereo speakers NOT ALLOWED in the apartment.

14)$50 charge for EARLY CHECK IN ( subject to availability and approval )

15) You are required to bank in 200 RINGGIT refundable security deposit to the host 3 days before your check in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you on your check out date. NO check in allowed without refundable security deposit.

16)No party and No event allowed.
