We will create a WhatsApp group chat one day before your check-in date.

Self-check-in instructions will be sent to you on the day of check-in once the following 2 steps are completed:
✅ Please ensure you provide a valid WhatsApp contact number.

📝 Step 1 – Security Deposit
A security deposit of RM200 is required before check-in instructions can be provided.
The deposit must be transferred and the proof of payment sent in the WhatsApp group.
📌 Note: No pets are allowed inside the unit.

🧾 Step 2 – Guest Details
We require guest details for record purposes.
Please send a copy of your Driving License / Passport / NRIC in the WhatsApp group.

Please strictly follow the House Rules:
Keys card collection is at the Paradigm Residence lobby :
▪️ Self-check-in collect from mailbox
▪️ Complimentary one designated parking lot

Strictly follow the House Rules:
▪️ 2 access cards only (1 for parking & lift, another 1 for lift only)
▪️ No smoking inside the unit (RM200 penalty will be deducted from the security deposit if smoking is detected)
▪️ No pets allowed
▪️ Quiet after 10 pm
▪️ Please remove your shoes before entering the house
▪️ Please don't use towels as floor mats. Any stained bedsheets, duvet covers, pillows, or towels may need to be replaced, with costs between RM50 to RM200
▪️ If the toilet is found clogged due to disposal of trash or tissue into the bowl, a penalty of RM400 will be imposed.
▪️ An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is left dirty (RM50 to RM100 depending on the condition after check-out)
▪️ No stickers on the walls for party events (penalty of RM200)
▪️ A RM200 penalty will be charged for each lost key card
▪️ Late check-out will incur a charge of RM50 per hour
