Nombor telefon yang dibekalkan tidak dapat dihubungi (walaupun saya cuma ingin tanya tempatnya di mana) sama ada melalui call, sms dan whatsapp. Bila hampir waktu mendaftar masuk, barulah ada satu nombor yang memanggil untuk memberi kunci bilik. Mengejutkan, kerana pin tempat di atas peta adalah di seberang jalan dari tempat sebenar. Rupanya bilik itu ada di The Pinnacle Tower B (Di sebelah Hotel Sheraton Petaling Jaya). Kebetulan saya ada kerja sebelumnya di Hotel Sheraton, jadi tidak perlu berpindah tempat letak kereta. Internet melalui Wifi laju. Banyak soket elektrik. Penyaman udara agak sejuk dan selesa. Restoran agak sukar pergi dengan berjalan kaki kecuali Restoran Hotel Sheraton. Tempat memasak dan peralatan memasak disediakan, termasuk peti sejuk. Pemandangan cantik. **Tempat parking percuma tidak disediakan

There were no hotel staffs present. Looked like apartments being rentel out. I called the number that was on the website but was not reachable. Then at check in time someone called me and said will wait for me at the floor of the apartment. Told me to leave the key and the locker when I check out. The apartment was cosy but very dustry. The toilet was extremely smelly. Will not go back to this place ever.

DAY-1 1.DIFFICULT TO FIND THE HOTEL, NO 'PINNACLE SUITE' ON GOOGLE MAP & WAZE, CHECKED BY GRAB DRIVER 2.ARRIVED 11PM, BUT @FRONT OFFICE ONLY SECURITIES, NO RECEPTIONIST 3.SECURITIES HAD NO INFO ABOUT MY ITINERARY FROM TIKET.COM, BUT THEY HAD ALL FROM AIRBNB LIST!!! 4.WE'VE BEEN REJECTED BY SECURITY (NOT EVEN RECEPTIONIST), COZ NO UNIT #, LEVEL & TOWER ? 5.CANNOT CALLED TIKET.COM CS... 6.HAVE TO FIND OTHER HOTEL ON MIDNIGHT & PAID FOR 2 NIGHTS!!! FOR EMERGENCY SOLUTION!!! DAY-2 1.FROM 'NEWTON' HOTEL OPERATOR CALLED AND ASKED WHY WE'RE NOT CHECKED IN? 2.WE'RE CHECKED IN, BUT REJECTED!!! 3.NEWTON TOLD THAT MY PHONE CAN'T BE CONTACTED 4.NO EXCUSED...COZ I BOOKED GRAB BY MY PHONE & KEEP IT ON FROM KL AIRPORT TO PETALING JAYA 5.WE ASKED TO SWITCH FOR THE NEXT 2 DAYS, COZ I PAID ANOTHER HOTEL ALREADY 6.NEWTON SAID IF I WANT TO SWITCH, I HAVE TO EXTEND AND PAY AGAIN!!! 7.HOW COME... ??? WE DON'T EVEN STAY AT THE HOTEL , REALLY MAKE ME MAD!!! 8.I GAVE 2 SOLUTIONS : A.RETURN MY PAYMENT... COZ I REJECTED & DIDN'T STAY AT THE HOTEL B.SWITCH MY SCHEDULE TO NEXT 2 DAYS... COZ I PAID ANOTHER HOTEL 2 NIGHT FOR MY EMERGENCY SOLUTION 9.ANSWERED: A.This booking is a non refundable booking. The booking is via expedia B.If you want to extend you need to pay extra charge 10.REALLY WORST SOLUTION & EXPERIENCE!!! 11.ONCE AGAIN... I CAME TO THE HOTEL THAT NIGHT & TRY TO CHECKED IN BUT REJECTED!!! BECAUSE OF OPERATOR MISTAKE, DIDN'T PUT MY ITINERARY ON THE FRONT/SECURITY OFFICE, DO I HAVE TO BARE THE COST??? HAHAHAAA...REALLY A EASY WAY TO EARN MONEY!!! I TOLD... DURING THIS DIFFICULT PERIOD IS NOT EASY TO RUN BUSINESSES... BUT THAT'S IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO DO BUSINESS, VERY IRRESPONSIBLE & TAKE ADVANTAGE ON OTHERS/CUSTOMER DIFFICULTIES!!! (especially if management intentionally do it on purpose!!!) HAHAHA...REALLY EMBARRASSED FOR TIKET.COM!!! TO ALL... 1.TIKET.COM 2.HOTEL OPERATOR 'NEWTON' 3.MIDDLE AGENT 'EXPEDIA' ONCE AGAIN.. INSIST ANY OF THIS SOLUTION!!!
