- A security deposit of RM200 will be collected
-Kindly note that there will be a charge of RM200/set if the guests lost the keys & access card set that provide during the stay.
-No smoking allowed in the house (extra RM200 cleaning fees applicable)
-No drugs
-No durians (extra RM200 cleaning fees applicable)
-No luggage storage service after check out time
-Please keep the house clean (extra RM200 cleaning fees applicable if the place is not handled back as per check in)
-Please turn off all the lights and air-cond when not in the apartment

-Change date fee of RM100 will be applied for any change date request within 14 days
*no change date allowed if within 7 days*
*differential of room rate will need to be paid*

-Check in time is 3pm
*any self early check in before 3pm without permission granted from us will have RM200 penalty*

-No cleaning service will be provide during the stay , as this is home stay . Extra cleaning can be arranged at RM100.

- Less Than 2 hours (RM 100)
- More than 2 hours (One day rate )
