1) Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. If you need to arrive outside of these hours, please inform us in advance.

2) Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You may smoke outside in the balcony area.

3) Please remove your shoes before entering the house to keep the floors clean.

4) Guests are not allowed to bring visitors without prior approval from the host.

5) Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during this time to respect other privacy.

6) Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the common areas, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

7) Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is given by the host.

8) Please report any damages to the host immediately.

9) Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.

10) Check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Please return the key to the host and ensure that the room is left in good condition.
