Kindly note that this is a studio room in a bungalow specially made for guest stay. There are 5 rooms open for guests, 1 room is used as a home office.Facilities are open for all guest use till 11 pm (Swimming pool, karaoke, TV, pool table, Mahjong & board games)The common area and kitchen are open for guest use as well (all time)There will be other guests using the common area or facilities.Kindly note that this is a pet-friendly house, however, the pet's owner is responsible to take care of their pet and clean up any poop and pee. 1 parking is provided.This is a pet-friendly house.Rm100 deposit will be collected in cash form during check-in. (There will be staff on duty)Another Rm100 deposit will be collected in cash form during check-in. (if you have a pet)There will be charges of RM30 per pet (per night), please indicate the number of pets before booking. No visitors are allowed, only the guests.Facilities usage starts at 7 am and ends at 11 pm.No smoking inside the premises. (Any smell of cigarette butt in the unit will be fine for RM100)Return furniture to its original position before leaving.Don't sit on the pool table; any damaged or missing items will be charged.Keep voice volume low after 11 pm; respect neighbours’ need for a quiet environment.Ensure your pet is not harmful to staff and other guests.We are not responsible for harm caused by pets.Avoid non-stop barking to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.Put your pet in a cage when you're not around to prevent furniture damage.
