- 6. Please kindly throw the full garbage outside at the garbage room. 如果垃圾满了请把它丢在外面的垃圾房。
- 11. Kitchen is Only for light cooking allowed & Please kindly clean up after usage to avoid pests (Let's go out & enjoy Msia food, it's super nice) 只允许小煮,用后请清洗以避免任何(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)蟑螂或其它昆虫。 (就尽情的在外享受大马美食吧)
20. Late checkout without inform 没通知迟退房 (RM100 per hour)
- **If guest break the rules, we will deduct the deposit for compensate. 如访客破坏了住宿规则将有可能从押金扣除以作为赔偿。
- 13. For your most comfortable stay, Please kindly provide the exact information of your total number of guests will stay in during your reservation payment as only additional guest paid will be provided extra bedding mattress. 为了让您有个舒适的住宿, 请您在预订付款时注明您的总人数, 额外床铺只提供给已付费的额外客户｡
- 1. Strictly no smoking inside the house, Smoking is allowed in the balcony. 禁止在屋内抽烟,如要抽烟可到阳台。(Penalty RM200)

- 5. Please kindly switch off the power whenever you are out. (Go GREEN) Any air-cond that on going for more than 12 hours non-stop usage might caused a damage of water dripping & will caused inconvenience to the next guest. 请注重环保,出门前把所有电源关掉｡任何空调开超过12小时无休都会容易造成空调滴水重大的破坏以导致下一位住户的不便。
21. Lost card 不见房卡 (RM100 each)
退房前请将家具移回原位。
We did collect deposit RM200~RM300 before check in because of the local area community SOP rules, Please do not book if you not agree to make deposit.
- 15. Please don't ever get drunk in the apartment public area & act beyond a reasonable man. 请不要酒醉后在大庭廣众发酒疯尤其在公寓的公众范围。(Penalty RM300)
- 12. For the next guest convenience, Please don't throw any unrelated material into the toilet bow 为了下一位住客的着想,请你别把另类物品冲进厕所里。(Penalty RM300)
- 18. Please move the furniture back to previous place before check out.
19. Please wash the tableware after use.
- 14. As I'm an environmental friendly person, any extra fresh towels will be provided upon request. PLEASE do support a Green environment for our next generations to have a better future environment. 如您需要用到更多的毛巾您可额外与我要求,如不是真的有这么需要就请您支持环保绿化地球吧。
- 16. Please don't use the towel for other purpose. 请别用浴巾擦拭其他污迹，污迹会无法洗脱 。(Towel cost RM40)
- 10. Please notify that no visitor staying overnight 谢绝访客过夜。
- 17. If you break anything, please let me know. Charges will apply.如任何物品损坏请告知我,凡是好商量。
- 8.Strictly no pet, any illegal activity, drugs or any dangerous weapon in the house. 请不可携带任何宠物和谢绝任何非法活动,毒品或任何危险物品武器
- **We do not accept any Liability on any personal injuries, accidents , damages or losses to Guests' personal belongings sustained in the apartment or within the apartment area . However, We will provide any necessary assistant if it's required.
- 2. Parties are strictly not allow. 不允许有任何派对活动 (Penalty RM300)
22. Quiet time after 10pm 晚上十点后不需吵闹. (Penalty RM300)
- 7. Please finish all your leftover food in the refrigerator. (stil a lot outside there are starving) 请把所有冰箱里的食物都吃完。 (因很多在外的人都没食物吃)
- 4. Please don't bring in durians or strong smelling food in the house. 请不要带入榴莲或任何带异味的食物。
- 9. As this is a high end private apartment, Please kindly respect your neighbourhood by not making much noise after 10pm & Strictly no party in the house. 由于这是高级私人公寓,就要保持宁静的环境就不好开任何的派对喔。
