The location is very close to the night market. And then, the cleanliness was good, as you can see the sea. After that, we got a guide from the landlord who was very kind.

The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and delicious dining options. The attentive and friendly staff ensured we had an unforgettable experience. I cant wait to return to this peaceful oasis by the sea! It was a total pleasure to stay at seaview bliss studio in kota kinabalu! The studios breathtaking ocean views were truly captivating, and the comfortable and wellappointed accommodations made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

The owner welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. It was spotless and fully furnished, with a cooking stove, tea, water, soft drinks, washing machine, air conditioning, fan, etc. We appreciated the bed being tastier, but it was still comfortable. The view was breathtaking. This apartment is in incredibly good location. Additionally, the owner gave us earplugs, which were also written in our native language. Simply amazing! The only drawback is that you can hear the airplane landing. Although it wasnt terribly significant, we also received eucalyptus i recommend this location! I appreciate your assistance with this wonderful experience.

There is a night market on the weekend in the area. The butler service is excellent. He will communicate with us in advance via text. You can always get in touch with me if you need anything. All the daily necessities are in this room, including sachets and first aid kits. Both the hotels photographs and the actual ones are identical.

The room is very warmly decorated and wellequipped, making the busy journey soothing. The host is really nice. Particularly the balcony overlooking the blue healing sea, which is great!.

The location is excellent, offering direct sea views from the balcony. The flat itself is impeccably clean and beautifully designed. Host ck is exceptionally friendly and always willing to listen and assist at any time. It is highly recommended to stay in this unit, as it is conveniently located across the street from kk mall, which offers a convenient access to groceries. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!.

Overall, if you dont want to spend too much money on the very highend hotels, this is a good option because the alternatives appear to be very old rundown hotels. The location was idealit was close to the neighborhood night market where you can buy fresh seafood, even vegetables, and fruits they are open until the early hours of the morning. Its also very close by kk waterfront for upscale bar or live music nightlife, very near jesselton jetty where guests can board ferry to other islands, as well as dozens of other malls and notable restaurants like welcome seafood. There was tv, cooking facilities, large refrigerator, couch, cabinet, etc. All the amenities were very useful. A bidet is present. Bring your oil and condiments, among other items, with you able to cook. Although there are pots in the room, pansins undies, plates, dishes, food, whatever else, is available. Kept host, covid, was also quite friendly. When we arrived, she was waiting in front of us, gave us suggestions for places to try, responded quickly to whatsapp inquiries, allowed us to leave our luggage at restock after we checked out, which was not suitable.
