Please read carefully and confirm your understanding before check-in.
🚫 Strictly Prohibited
No Smoking & No Pets inside the house (RM300 fine & immediate check-out if violated).
No Durian & Mangosteen inside the unit due to strong smell. You may consume them at the corridor outside.
No Loud Noise after 10:00 PM – Please respect neighbors. Complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund.
No Parties, No Massive Alcohol Use, No Drugs and No Gambling allowed on the property.
No Heavy Cooking, only light cooking is allowed.
No Shoes inside the apartment.
No Eating/Drinking in all the bedrooms.
No Furniture Moving.
🕒 Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: After 3:00 PM
Early check-in is subject to availability and charged at RM20/hour before 3:00 PM.
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Late check-out charged RM20/hour until 3:00 PM (subject to approval). After 3:00 PM = full day rate.
🛏️ Extra Mattresses
Extra floor mattresses provided only if booking includes more than 6 guests with charges.
Laundry fee: RM25 per mattress per use.
🗑️ Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
No leftover food, dirty dishes, or unclean kitchenware.
Guests must throw rubbish into the large trash bins outside the building.
RM100 cleaning fee if found unreasonably dirty.
🔑 Lost Items & Damages
Lost key, TV/Air-cond/Fan remote : RM50 each.
Damages to the unit: up to RM500 charge.
Wall damage or glue marks from stickers/decorations: Cleaning fee RM200.
Electricity usage is capped at RM 300 per month. Any amount exceeding RM 300 will be charged back to the guest. (Applicable for monthly rental only)
