Please take note of the following:
1. The host will request an IC or driving license before check-in in whataspp chat for verification purposes.
2. This condominium is still new, so during working hours (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.), there may be renovation noise from neighbouring units, which is unfortunately beyond our control.
3. Free 1 indoor car park only
4. Provide 1 set key only
5. unit ASEL01 second room with fan only

NO CELEBRATION NO PARTY
1. Check-out time is before 12:00 PM. Any late check-out will incur an automatic extra charge starting from 12:05 PM.If there is no response from the guest inside the unit , we reserve the right to enter the property.
退房时间为中午12:00之前。若逾时退房，将从12:05起自动收取额外费用。如房内住客无回应，我们保留进入房源的权利。
2. Don’t be noisy, don't disturb neighbour, once get neighbour complaint will be fine.禁止喧哗 以及打扰到邻居，一旦收到邻居投诉将会罚款。
3. Keep premises clean do not stick any double tape on wall and please do not move, destroy or take away any belonging in this homestay and this condo.
保持房屋清洁，请勿粘双面胶在墙壁，请勿破坏取走任何名宿和这栋楼的任何物品。
4. No smoking in the unit,included balcony & yard.
屋内禁止吸烟包括阳台与后院。
5. No durian , No pets allowed
禁止榴莲,禁止携带宠物
6. Don’t throw cigarettes butt & rubbish : E.g. out of balcony, corridor, lift,car park etc..请勿乱丢烟头以及垃圾在这栋楼里，比如走廊，阳台外，电梯,停车场等等 。
7. If your bedroom door get locked please contact me dont break it.
如您的房间门被反锁了请立即联系我， 不要破坏。
8. When u put the key back in mailbox it means you have checked out. The cleaner will clean it immediately. Our company will not be responsible for any items you leave.
当你把锁匙放回信箱就代表您退房了，清洁工人会立即打扫 如您有留下任何物品我们公司恕不负责。
Please report any existing damages within 30 minutes after check-in to avoid any misunderstandings during check-out.
(Our staff will inspect the unit after every guest checks out.)
当入住之后30分钟内如有什么已经损坏请立即通知以免退房时有任何的误会。
(每次客户退房后管理员会到单位检查)
