House Rules and Policy

Refundable Damage Deposit
📢 Guests pay a damage deposit of MYR300 one day before check in 📢
▶ This deposit is fully refundable, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation after check-out. The refund process will be completed within 1-2 days after the check-out date via Online Transfer/Wise App only.
▶ Payment method: Online Transfer (Domestic Guest) | Wise App (International Guest) | Cash is accepted at our office at Saradise (separate location)
▶ Refunds will be processed via Wise (up to MYR300). Please note that Wise charges a transfer fee, so the amount you receive may be slightly less than MYR300.
✅ Kindly provide your reachable phone number for us to send booking confirmation message.
✅ Guests are required to verify their identity by uploading a valid ID when asked by the host.

House Rules
✅Please respect the check-in and check-out time.
✅Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged MYR50 per hour.
❌ No shoes allowed inside the house.
❌ No eating or drinking is allowed in the bedroom.
❌ Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the house. A MYR 300 penalty will be imposed for any violations.
🕖 Quiet Hours: 8PM – 8AM (Please keep noise low during this time)
◼Any noise complaints or penalties issued by the Apartment Management will be charged to the guest.
