- The house access cards if lost, the cost of penalty is RM120.00 per card

- The check out time is 12 Noon, if the guest would like to delay check out time for late 30 minutes only, the guest shall written the message to inform host to get permission, otherwise the host has right to charge for late check-out fee.

- After 10:30pm, shall reduce your noise at apartment

- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere in the home. This includes illegal activities such as gambling, organised party etc

- When you check out, please return the card to the mailbox number 17-10.

- Pets are not allowed inside the house.

- After used of kitchen utensils, please do clean and wash up before check-up

- The cleaner team will attend to the house for cleaning process as per instruction by host, if the guest not check-out according to time check -out , the cleaner has right to access to the house.

- External visitors or overnight visitors are prohibited without the prior approval of the organizer.

- If you damage or damage something, please let me know and arrange for replacement or repair. The replacement or repair cost shall bear by you.

- After entering the house, please put your shoes in the shoe cabinet.

- Don't leave anything that can attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest free and we hope to maintain this status with your help. :)

- Waste Rubbish bag shall tight-up and leaved at the bin, our cleaner will handle the waste rubbish.
