We had a fantastic stay at Sunway GRID by SR Home and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The kids absolutely loved it and kept saying it was the best stay ever! The home was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed for families. The duplex layout, projector, Crayon Shinchan decorations, and the slide were huge hits and made the stay extra fun and memorable for the kids. The property itself is very serene and peaceful - quiet, comfortable, and free from disturbances, which made it easy for both kids and adults to relax and unwind. There was a minor issue with the digital door lock during our stay, but the team was extremely responsive via their WhatsApp chat and promptly sent someone down to check and resolve it. The customer service was very good and efficient, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful, family-friendly stay and a great experience from start to finish. We would definitely love to return again and would highly recommend this property to families looking for a comfortable, fun, and relaxing stay.

Great. Good food nearby like Canteen31 and Taste Beyond. 5 min drive from Legoland. Highly recommended especially if you have multiple kids. Our son enjoy the room so much.

The room was clean and the kids has lots of fun with the slides. There are many breakfast place just across the road or 2 mins drive. They provide toothbrushes, towels and bath/shampoo. Great place to stay for 1 to 2 nights

We had the pleasure of staying here recently, and I must say it was a truly outstanding experience. The Pokemon theme room was spotlessly clean, with ample space to relax and unwind. The decor was stylish and elegant, and the bed was supremely comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff were courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. The location was perfect, with many attractions within easy reach. I experienced some difficulties during check-in, but fortunately, the customer service team was extremely helpful and resolved the issue promptly. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For kids, best hotel. Theme rooms are incredible, we had theme from movie Cars, and like it a lot! Washing machine in the room big bonus, and also video screen on the wall, with youtube, so possible to watch movies etc. Pool is BIG, it´s 50m long, and about 10m wide, truly olympic pool size. Contact by whatsapp is working, so in case need some help, it´s working. Sama suomeksi, lasten ehdoilla aivan huippu hotelli, huone on iso, ja siellä on pesukone, videotykki, liukumäki, ja teeman mukaiset tapetit, oli huikea. Allas on todella iso, 50m x 10m ja näkymällä. Yhteydet majoittajaan Whatsapin kautta sujuu hyvin. Parkkihalliin saa hyvin huoneen omalle paikalle auton. 24h vartiointi

Secara keseluruhan pengalaman kami menyenangkan karena anak-anak menyukai konsep taman bermain di kamar. Kami memesan tema "Finding Nemo" karena ini adalah satu-satunya kamar yang tersedia pada tanggal yang kami inginkan. Kamarnya dibangun dengan baik dan layak. Secara keseluruhan cukup aman bagi anak-anak untuk berkeliaran di kamar. Dek atas memiliki jarak bebas kepala rendah, yaitu 1,3 m, jadi disarankan untuk mengawasi anak-anak bermain di dek atas dan perosotan. Sunway Big Box hanya berjarak 5 menit berjalan kaki, menyeberang jalan ke Caltex dan ada pintu masuk ke mal di bawah jembatan penghubung ke KFC. Toko kondominium hampir mati, tetapi rumah SR memiliki kafe dengan kue yang lumayan. Kolam renang tanpa batas berada di lantai 6 dengan kedalaman 1,2 m. Terdapat juga kolam dangkal untuk anak-anak yang lebih kecil.

The place is very nice and very clean. Its less than 5 minutes drive to sunway big box shopping mall and about 10 minutes drive to Legoland. The living room area is very spacious. The wallmounted projector is very clear for watching family movies at night. There is a slide in the living room for the kids to play and another level above the slide with a mattress for a big child to sleep. The living room has 2 queen size beds that can be combined. This is very suitable for large families with 3-5 children. All can sleep together. There is also a hot water dispenser and electric stove for cooking. Overall it is a very fun and pleasant experience staying here.
