Check-in and check-out - Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Early check-in: RM150 per hour (subject to availability). - Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Late check-out: RM150 per hour (subject to availability). Security deposit - A refundable security deposit of RM500 is required, paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before arrival. It is refunded by bank transfer within 48 working hours after check-out. Smoking - This unit is fully indoors (no balcony), so smoking is not allowed anywhere in the unit. - Fine for smoking: RM1,000. Pets - Pets are welcome. Please let us know before arrival. - Pet fee: RM150 per stay for up to 3 pets, plus RM100 for each additional pet. - Pets must not relieve themselves inside the house. Any soiling or damage will be charged separately. Not allowed (fines apply) - Excessive drinking: RM1,000 - Shouting or loud noise after 10:00 PM: RM2,000 - Playing music too loudly: RM2,000 - Drugs of any kind: RM3,000 - Moving furniture: RM1,000 - Taping or gluing anything to the walls: RM500 - Wearing shoes inside the house Please also - Switch off all electrical appliances and water taps before you leave. - Use the appliances, games and furniture with care. Any damage will be charged at full price. - Please dry yourself before sitting on the sofa. Total fines may go up to RM8,500 depending on the condition of the house. The host may update these house rules at any time.
