Saya sudah booking 1 bulan sebelum penginapan namun saat saya tiba di hotel untuk check-in, saya diinfokan kalau unit sudah full dan saya tidak dapat pemberitahuan apapun sebelumnya, jadinya saya harus menghubungi pihak tiket.com yang saat itu sangat slow response, saya diminta menunggu sekitar 1 jam untuk relokasi hotel, namun hal yang serupa terjadi, ketika saya sudah sampai di hotel relokasi, saya tidak menemukan reception yang melayani check-in, yang ada hanya meja security dan security meminta saya untuk menghubungi agent saya. Padahal sebelumnya saya diinfokan oleh CS tiket.com agar saya dapat langsung ke reception untuk check-in. Lagi-lagi saya harus menghubungi CS Tiket.com dan saya diminta menunggu kembali sekitar 2 jam dan akhirnya saya diinfokan oleh pihak Tiket.com bahwa mereka tidak menemukan hotel relokasi di sekitar saya dan saya diminta untuk booking hotel sendiri saja lalu bisa reimburse ke mereka, saya sangat kecewa karna sudah menghabiskan setengah hari waktu liburan saya, biaya transport, luntang lantung di lobby, ga ada kejelasan, ditambah lagi saya sudah lelah.
